Just me getting some halotherapy inside of the salt cabin at the Apothecorner this afternoon! I needed some stress relief before providing reiki on someone who’s never had it because they REFUSED to let anyone else to do it!
❗️In case you don’t know halotherapy (also known as dry salt therapy) is a relaxing wellness experience that can help support respiratory health, improve skin clarity, promote stress relief, and enhance overall well-being.

Today was a huge milestone—Rise and Restore Reiki officially began seeing clients, and my heart is so full of gratitude 💜

The Apothecorner turned out to be even more beautiful and aligned than I could have imagined. The space feels so welcoming, and the owners are truly incredible.

My first clients were absolutely wonderful—so open, receptive, and full of positive energy. They made this first day unforgettable. Their trust and openness affirmed, without a doubt, that this is exactly where I’m meant to be.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, and helped me get to this moment. I’m so excited for what’s ahead ✨

I have availability for Saturday and Sundays from 8-4 beginning April 18 & 19th! These appointments would be taking place at Heartlight Studio in Dartmouth. It is conveniently located in the Faunce Corner Office Park at 84 Faunce Corner Mall Rd. The space is beautiful and I cannot wait to start using it. Please call or text to book your appointment!
