ReGen Med Pain Relief is now hiring for a Patient Coordinator!

Role Description:

The Patient Coordinator role is a pivotal and frontline role, which requires organization and excellent customer service. You will be meeting with patients directly, as well as speaking on the phone, being a visual and virtual representation of the clinic.

In addition, the role requires multi-tasking, you will be accountable for keeping track of information coming into the clinic, and dealing with all inquiries in a timely manner.

A friendly and enthusiastic personality is extremely important in this role. However, that needs to be accompanied by a motivation to see things run smoothly and help others.

Duties Include:

• Answering Phones
• Dealing with New Patient Inquiries
• Educating Patients on Processes and General Questions
• Calling Back Website Inquiries
• Handling the Live Chat
• Using the CRM
• Keeping Track of Patient/Clinic Stats
• Organizing Staffing Details
• General Office/Clinic Up-Keep and Administrative Duties

The patient coordinator must be available during regular office hours.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.

Compensation includes:
• Paid salary, as well as bonuses.

Requirements:
• Previous administrative experience is a must.
• Previous experience in a medical or health setting is preferred but not necessary.
