Back in Balance had the honor of supporting Ellenbecker Investment Group during their recent Employee Appreciation event. Our three-therapist team provided 15-minute chair massages to roughly 35 employees throughout the day, creating a relaxing and restorative experience right in their workplace.

Chair massage continues to be one of the most effective ways to promote wellness, reduce stress, and increase morale in corporate settings, and Ellenbecker’s team was a perfect example of that. Their employees were grateful, engaged, and so much fun to work with.

We look forward to partnering with more companies who want to invest in their team’s well-being.

Back in Balance will be hosting its 4th annual Children’s Pajama Drive starting December 1st!
We’re sharing this now in case you’d like to pick up a pair during Black Friday sales.

All new pajamas collected will be delivered to Children’s Hospital to bring warmth, comfort, and cheer to the kids who are fighting the hardest battles.
