Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics

Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics of Wisconsin. The WHY is the key to unlocking the solution. Old age is NOT the reason. Limping increases the risk of falling.

We offer Regenerative Medicine, MLS Class IV Laser therapy, functional medicine, Hako-Med Electrical Therapy, Medical Wave therapy, and much more to help you get out of pain and back to living the life you want Regen Med Pain Relief Clinic is one of the newest and best integrated functional medicine health clinics in New Berlin and Wisconsin, specializing in natural pain relief combined with FDA a

pproved and regulated state of the art all natural therapeutic treatments. Dr. Evans began re-branding the clinic in 2018 as she became more and more aware of the amazing therapies available to help resolve pain naturally while also regenerating the joints in the human body. These new advanced treatment therapies fit easily within the clinics mission which is to: Relieve Human Suffering by natural means only so as to do no harm, while instead to restoring normal function and strength to the body. The clinic is unique in many ways most notably due to the approach Dr Evans takes in figuring out WHY her patients are having joint problems. We have to stop blaming joint problems that can be resolved on “old age.” We need to look at what is possible and not just focus on managing a progressing problem. Patients want answers that make sense and workable solutions so that they can put their joint problems in the “rear view” and get on with an active happy life. A happy, healthy active life is the main objective for all of our patients. More often than not the WHY is a structural problem that has festered over the years, gone undiagnosed and thereby gone untreated which has led to chronic pain, limping and related joint deterioration and weakness so that the patient’s ability to walk has been greatly impaired. Falling is the leading cause of death in medicare aged people. Our services include the world renowned 25watt MLS Class 4 Robotic Laser. Dr Evans has become an expert in the field of Laser therapy over the last 10 years and this is why she will not settle for anything but the best highest quality laser available. Additionally, this is the ONLY Laser which is FDA approved for use on the deep tissues and nerves of the lower back. Additionally, because it is Robotic it is much more effective and reliable than other lasers which are not robotic. Our Spinal Decompression equipment is the newest most effective on the market due to the fact that in addition to opening up the joints of the spine to help reduce nerve pinching, it also stretches the spine laterally or sideways which helps break up stenosis type scar tissue in and around the nerve roots. Our patients who have had sciatica for years are amazed that there is finally something that has caused/allowed their back and leg pain to resolve. We couple the decompression with the most powerful electrical stimulation on the market to help nerves heal and regenerate. German designed and produced, it is the only nerve conduction equipment that has improved nerve function in our neuropathy patients. Our neuropathy patients can feel their feet again, burning and tingling problems resolve, restless leg syndrome resolves, ect. We have a rehabilitation program to improve strength and flexibility in our patients so that they stop limping, get rid of canes and walkers and resume normal daily activities without pain and without the risk of falling. Now, lots of clinics have one maybe two similar modalities as we do, but they do not have a comprehensive program for Whole Person Recovery. If it is natural and effective in helping a patient get out of pain, regain function, get stronger and more flexible - we have it and we combine the various therapies to customize a treatment plan for each and every patient we accept for care. At Regen Med Pain Relief Clinic, you will receive the best care through the use of modern chiropractic techniques and technology. The clinic offers gentle spinal and extra-spinal chiropractic manipulations, regenerative medicine, functional nutritional medicine, MLS Class 4 Robotic Laser, physical therapy, deep tissue massage therapy, cellular tissue transplant injection, PRP and much more! In the clinic, the doctors and treatment staff focus on all the joints in the body including but not limited to disorders involving the Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand, Low Back Hip, Knee and Ankle. Now that may sound like a lot, however they are all the same type of joint so while the forces thru them may differ the fluids and tissues in them are them same and so they respond in the same way to our recovery treatments. We are here to provide you with the highest quality of care and cutting-edge medicine to completely eliminate your current pain. Call us today for a free consultation, 262-785-5515.

Knee pain with squats or going up and down stairs? 🦵

It could be patellofemoral pain syndrome. This leading cause of knee pain causes irritation around the kneecap and leads to discomfort in the front of the knee.

New research shows that taping and strengthening exercises can help reduce pain and improve movement.

Myth: If you have arthritis, you should stop moving.

That advice keeps a lot of people stuck.

And while it may sound logical at first, it usually creates a bigger problem over time.

Because when movement hurts, most people naturally start doing less.

They walk less.
They avoid stairs.
They skip outings.
They stop exercising.
They sit more.
They become more cautious with every step.

The problem?

Long-term avoidance often leads to:

• More stiffness
• Less strength
• Poorer balance
• Reduced confidence
• More compensation
• Lower endurance
• Greater fear of activity

So the answer is not to force painful movement.

And the answer is not to do nothing.

The answer is to find the right movement.

That is a major difference.

At RegenMed, we want to know:

What movements irritate the knee?
What movements feel safer?
Where is the body compensating?
What needs to be supported first?
What can be progressed safely?

Because arthritis does not mean your body is done.

It means your body needs a smarter strategy.

A strategy that helps you keep moving without continuing to overload the knee.

For a lot of Wisconsin adults, this matters right now.

Spring is when people want to get back outside, walk more, do yardwork, go to events, visit family, and enjoy life again.

You should not have to sit out another season because no one showed you how to move smarter.

If you have stopped moving because of knee pain, don’t assume that is your only option.

Shin splints ruining your summer runs? 🏃‍♀️

You’re not alone… and your calves might be part of the reason.

Shin splints are often linked to how your lower leg handles load while running.

New research found that runners with weaker or less durable calf muscles were more likely to have shin pain. Your calves help absorb impact when you run. If they get tired, more stress is placed on your shins.

If shin splints are slowing you down, let’s speed up your recovery. Schedule a visit to get a plan that keeps you running strong! 💪

The goal is not just less pain.

The goal is more trust in your body.

When patients come to us with knee pain, they often say things like:

“I do not trust my knee.”
“I am afraid it will give out.”
“I avoid stairs.”
“I do not walk as far anymore.”
“I feel like I am getting old fast.”

That is why we look beyond pain levels.

Pain matters.

But confidence matters too.

Because when someone loses confidence in their knees, they do not just change how they move.

They change how they live.

They start avoiding stairs before anyone tells them they cannot do stairs.

They stop walking as far before anyone tells them they cannot walk.

They sit down sooner.

They park closer.

They skip spring events, yardwork, shopping trips, church activities, farmers markets, walks with friends, and time with family because they are not sure their knee will hold up.

And after a while, their world gets smaller.

Not because they wanted it to.

Because their body stopped feeling trustworthy.

That is where a better plan has to begin.

At RegenMed, we want to understand:

• Why the knee feels unstable
• Why one side feels less trustworthy
• What movements create fear
• Where the body is compensating
• How the hips, feet, and balance system are affecting the knee
• What needs to be corrected before confidence can return

Because pain relief is only part of the goal.

The bigger goal is helping you feel like you can move through your life again with more direction, more stability, and less fear.

A clear assessment helps identify what your body is doing, what it is avoiding, and what needs to be rebuilt.

Because you deserve more than temporary relief.

You deserve a plan that helps you trust your knees again.

Strong bones matter.

But so does staying upright.

Because bone health is not just about what your bones are made of.

It is also about how well your body can protect those bones in real life.

That means walking.
Standing.
Turning.
Climbing stairs.
Getting out of a chair.
Stepping off a curb.
Recovering when you lose your balance.

Bone health and balance belong in the same conversation.

Why?

Because if someone has reduced bone density, a fall can become much more serious.

And if someone already has knee pain, arthritis, weakness, or instability, they may be moving in a way that increases fall risk without even realizing it.

They may shorten their steps.

They may avoid putting full weight on one leg.

They may stop trusting one knee.

They may hold onto furniture more often.

They may lean, shuffle, brace, or hesitate.

And over time, those small changes can become a bigger problem.

That is why we care about more than pain alone.

We look at:

• Knee stability
• Hip control
• Foot mechanics
• Walking confidence
• Balance reactions
• Strength
• Safe movement progressions

Because the goal is not just to help your knee feel better.

The goal is to help you move with more confidence, more control, and less fear.

Here is a simple home screen you can try today:

Stand near a counter.

Place both feet evenly on the ground.

Keep one hand close to the counter for safety.

Slowly shift your weight side to side.

Do not rush.

Just notice what your body tells you.

Then ask yourself:

Do I feel steady?
Do I feel equal side to side?
Do I feel like I need to grab something quickly?
Does one leg feel harder to trust?
Does one knee feel weaker, painful, or unstable?
Do I avoid putting full weight on one side?

Those answers matter.

They help reveal whether your body is protecting, compensating, or avoiding load.

And when you catch those patterns early, you have a better chance to correct them before they become a bigger limitation.

Bone health matters.

Balance matters.

Confidence matters.

And your future mobility is worth protecting.

If your balance or knee confidence has changed, call 262-785-5515 or comment STEADY.

Happy National Nurses Day. 🩺

Today we want to pause and recognize the nurses who serve patients, families, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, schools, homes, and communities every single day.

Nurses are often the steady presence in difficult moments.

They explain when things feel confusing.
They comfort when people feel afraid.
They notice the little details others may miss.
They advocate when patients need a voice.
They listen when someone needs reassurance.
They help people keep moving through some of the hardest seasons of life.

And many nurses do all of this while spending long hours on their feet, caring for everyone else before they ever think about themselves.

That kind of work takes more than skill.

It takes compassion.
It takes endurance.
It takes patience.
It takes heart.

So today, we simply want to say thank you.

To the nurses in our community:

Your work matters.
Your compassion matters.
Your endurance matters.
Your presence matters.

You are often there when people are hurting, healing, waiting, worrying, recovering, or trying to understand what comes next.

And that presence makes a difference.

Help us celebrate the nurses who have impacted your life.

Tag a nurse you appreciate, share their name, or leave a thank-you message below.

From all of us at RegenMed Pain Relief Clinics — thank you, nurses. You are deeply appreciated.

The biggest mistake people make with arthritis?

They assume the image tells the whole story.

And that is where a lot of people get stuck.

Because X-rays and scans can show structural change.

They can show narrowing.
They can show degeneration.
They can show arthritis.
They can show “wear and tear.”

But they do not fully show function.

They do not show:

• How you walk
• How you balance
• How your hips control your knees
• How your feet absorb force
• How your knees respond to stairs
• How your muscles coordinate movement
• How much compensation your body is using
• Why one side may hurt more than the other

That is why the statement “you have arthritis” is not enough.

Because the real question is not just:

“Do you have arthritis?”

The better question is:

How is that arthritis affecting the way you move, walk, stand, climb stairs, and live your daily life?

Two people can have similar-looking images and completely different levels of function.

One person may still walk confidently, shop, garden, travel, and go to family events.

Another may avoid stairs, stop walking outside, give up hobbies, and start planning every day around pain.

The difference is often found in function.

That is why an assessment matters.

At RegenMed, we do not want people making decisions based on a label alone.

We want to understand what your body is doing around the arthritis.

Where are you compensating?
Where are you unstable?
Where are you losing strength?
Where is your knee being overloaded?
What can still be improved?

This is exactly why we are using May to educate people on arthritis, bone health, knee stability, and functional assessment.

Because when you understand the real drivers, the plan becomes much clearer.

Not just a diagnosis.

Clarity.

Protein is everywhere right now… but is it always the best option? 🤔

A recent study compared high-protein and high-fiber breakfasts to see how they affect weight loss.

Researchers found that a high-protein breakfast helped reduce hunger more. But that doesn’t mean fiber isn’t important. The high-fiber breakfast also improved gut health.

For the best results, try including both protein and fiber in your morning meal. 💡

Cinco de Mayo reminder:

Do not let knee pain be the thing that keeps you seated.

Whether it is a family gathering, a community event, dinner out, or simply enjoying a nice Wisconsin spring evening, knee pain has a way of quietly shrinking your world.

It usually does not happen all at once.

It happens in small adjustments.

You park closer.
You avoid stairs.
You sit down sooner.
You skip the walk.
You stay near the chair.
You pass on the outing.
You tell yourself, “Maybe next time.”

And after a while, those little adjustments start to become your new normal.

That is the part many people miss.

Knee pain does not just affect the knee.

It affects your confidence.
Your social life.
Your activity level.
Your balance.
Your independence.
Your willingness to say yes to life.

But here is the truth:

You are not meant to keep giving up pieces of your life without asking why.

If knee pain is changing how you move, how long you stay on your feet, how steady you feel, or how often you go out, it is time for clearer answers.

Yes, arthritis may be part of the picture.

But it may not be the whole picture.

Your movement patterns, balance, strength, inflammation, gait, and joint loading may all be influencing how your knees feel day to day.

And those are often the things that can be assessed and improved.

So if you are planning your life around your knees instead of enjoying your life with them, that is your sign to stop guessing.

Want to stop planning your life around your knees? Call 262-785-5515 or comment MOVE.

If you’re feeling numbness or tingling in your foot, it’s easy to think it’s sciatica. And sometimes… it is.

But other conditions can cause the same feeling.

For example, diabetes can affect your nerves, leading to numbness or tingling. It can feel a lot like sciatica.

That’s why a proper exam matters. Don’t rely on guesses or Dr. Google alone.

05/05/2026

Quiz answer: Osteoarthritis is the most common arthritis pattern affecting the knee.

But here is what most people misunderstand:

Osteoarthritis does not automatically explain everything you feel.

Two people can both have arthritis on an X-ray or MRI.

One has major pain.
One has very little pain.
One can barely handle stairs.
One is still walking, gardening, golfing, and living their life.

So what makes the difference?

Because pain is not just about what the joint looks like.

Pain can also be influenced by:

• Inflammation
• Joint loading
• Muscle inhibition
• Hip weakness
• Foot mechanics
• Balance problems
• Gait compensation
• Nervous system sensitivity
• Activity levels
• Recovery capacity

That is why we do not stop at the label.

The label may be “arthritis.”

But the real clinical question is:

What is making this knee painful, unstable, stiff, swollen, or limited right now?

Because if your knee is being overloaded every time you walk…

If your hip is not controlling your leg well…

If your foot mechanics are changing how your knee absorbs force…

If your balance is poor and your body is guarding every step…

Then simply saying, “It’s arthritis,” does not give you a real plan.

It gives you a label.

And a label is not the same thing as an answer.

At RegenMed, we look at the bigger picture so we can better understand what is driving the problem and what steps may help improve movement, strength, balance, and confidence.

Because the goal is not just to know that arthritis is present.

The goal is to understand what can still be improved.

If you have been told, “It’s just arthritis,” but you still do not know what to do next…
