Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics

Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics Regen Med Pain Relief Clinics of Wisconsin. The WHY is the key to unlocking the solution. Old age is NOT the reason. Limping increases the risk of falling.

We offer Regenerative Medicine, MLS Class IV Laser therapy, functional medicine, Hako-Med Electrical Therapy, Medical Wave therapy, and much more to help you get out of pain and back to living the life you want Regen Med Pain Relief Clinic is one of the newest and best integrated functional medicine health clinics in New Berlin and Wisconsin, specializing in natural pain relief combined with FDA approved and regulated state of the art all natural therapeutic treatments. Dr. Evans began re-branding the clinic in 2018 as she became more and more aware of the amazing therapies available to help resolve pain naturally while also regenerating the joints in the human body. These new advanced treatment therapies fit easily within the clinics mission which is to: Relieve Human Suffering by natural means only so as to do no harm, while instead to restoring normal function and strength to the body. The clinic is unique in many ways most notably due to the approach Dr Evans takes in figuring out WHY her patients are having joint problems. We have to stop blaming joint problems that can be resolved on “old age.” We need to look at what is possible and not just focus on managing a progressing problem. Patients want answers that make sense and workable solutions so that they can put their joint problems in the “rear view” and get on with an active happy life. A happy, healthy active life is the main objective for all of our patients. More often than not the WHY is a structural problem that has festered over the years, gone undiagnosed and thereby gone untreated which has led to chronic pain, limping and related joint deterioration and weakness so that the patient’s ability to walk has been greatly impaired. Falling is the leading cause of death in medicare aged people. Our services include the world renowned 25watt MLS Class 4 Robotic Laser. Dr Evans has become an expert in the field of Laser therapy over the last 10 years and this is why she will not settle for anything but the best highest quality laser available. Additionally, this is the ONLY Laser which is FDA approved for use on the deep tissues and nerves of the lower back. Additionally, because it is Robotic it is much more effective and reliable than other lasers which are not robotic. Our Spinal Decompression equipment is the newest most effective on the market due to the fact that in addition to opening up the joints of the spine to help reduce nerve pinching, it also stretches the spine laterally or sideways which helps break up stenosis type scar tissue in and around the nerve roots. Our patients who have had sciatica for years are amazed that there is finally something that has caused/allowed their back and leg pain to resolve. We couple the decompression with the most powerful electrical stimulation on the market to help nerves heal and regenerate. German designed and produced, it is the only nerve conduction equipment that has improved nerve function in our neuropathy patients. Our neuropathy patients can feel their feet again, burning and tingling problems resolve, restless leg syndrome resolves, ect. We have a rehabilitation program to improve strength and flexibility in our patients so that they stop limping, get rid of canes and walkers and resume normal daily activities without pain and without the risk of falling. Now, lots of clinics have one maybe two similar modalities as we do, but they do not have a comprehensive program for Whole Person Recovery. If it is natural and effective in helping a patient get out of pain, regain function, get stronger and more flexible - we have it and we combine the various therapies to customize a treatment plan for each and every patient we accept for care. At Regen Med Pain Relief Clinic, you will receive the best care through the use of modern chiropractic techniques and technology. The clinic offers gentle spinal and extra-spinal chiropractic manipulations, regenerative medicine, functional nutritional medicine, MLS Class 4 Robotic Laser, physical therapy, deep tissue massage therapy, cellular tissue transplant injection, PRP and much more! In the clinic, the doctors and treatment staff focus on all the joints in the body including but not limited to disorders involving the Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and Hand, Low Back Hip, Knee and Ankle. Now that may sound like a lot, however they are all the same type of joint so while the forces thru them may differ the fluids and tissues in them are them same and so they respond in the same way to our recovery treatments. We are here to provide you with the highest quality of care and cutting-edge medicine to completely eliminate your current pain. Call us today for a free consultation, 262-785-5515.

🏃‍♂️ Can running really help chronic low back pain?

A recent study says yes, especially for the mental side of pain. Adults with chronic low back pain who did a gradual run–walk program for 12 weeks saw improvements in mood, stress, and how much they worried about their pain. They were less likely to expect the worst, even if anxiety itself didn’t change much. 🧠

The takeaway: movement like running may help change how pain is experienced, not just how the back feels physically.

📈 Ever heard of the 10% rule?

It’s one of the simplest ways to avoid setbacks when returning to activity.

The idea is simple: don’t increase your activity by more than about 10% per week above what your body is used to. So if you normally walk 10 minutes, try 11 next time — not 20.

Whether you’re coming back from an injury or starting a new workout, doing too much too soon can overload your body. Small, steady increases give your muscles, joints, and nervous system time to adapt safely.

The goal isn’t to do more as fast as possible — it’s to progress without flare-ups.

👉 Check out this infographic to see how the 10% rule can help you stay active, build capacity, and avoid unnecessary setbacks. https://chiroup.short.gy/TMQ3OG

Is your chronic pain affecting your blood pressure? 🤔

It might sound surprising, but your spine and your heart are more connected than you think.

New research shows that people with ongoing back, neck, or head pain have a higher risk of developing high blood pressure. This link often comes from inflammation and mood changes, which can follow chronic pain like a shadow.

When you address your pain, you’re not just helping your joints; you’re supporting your whole cardiovascular system.

Focusing on movement, stress reduction, and pain management can help lower long-term health risks and improve overall well-being. 🌿

🌀 Not all cases of vertigo respond the same way.

The most common cause of vertigo (BPPV) usually resolves quickly with a simple repositioning maneuver. But for some people, the dizziness lingers or keeps coming back.

Why? Sometimes sleep plays a role. Research shows that people with poor sleep may experience longer-lasting dizziness and less complete relief after their first treatment. 😴

The good news: we can help address both.

✔️ Precise repositioning maneuvers to treat the root cause
✔️ Guidance on sleep habits that may support recovery

Everyone talks about luck on St. Patrick’s Day.

Lucky shamrocks.
Lucky coins.
Lucky charms.

But when it comes to knee pain?

Luck has almost nothing to do with it.

Because the truth is…

Healthy knees are rarely lucky.

They’re mechanically supported.

Every step you take sends force through the knee.

That force is supposed to be shared by:

• The hips
• The pelvis
• The foot and ankle
• The stabilizing muscles around the joint

When that system works well, the knee is protected.

When it doesn’t?

The knee becomes the shock absorber of last resort.

And that’s when problems slowly appear:

Stiffness getting up from a chair.
Pain going down stairs.
A knee that aches after walking longer distances.

Most people think they’re just “unlucky.”

But in reality, it’s almost always a mechanical pattern.

A pelvic imbalance.
Weak hip stabilization.
Foot mechanics that don’t absorb load properly.

Tiny problems.

Repeated thousands of times.

Until the knee starts asking for attention.

And here’s the good news:

Patterns can be corrected.

Which means protection doesn’t require luck.

It requires strategy.

This St. Patrick’s Day, instead of hoping your knees stay healthy…

Make sure they are.

We’re opening a limited number of Knee Clarity Evaluations this month.

Because real evaluation takes time.
Not rushed.
Not surface level.

Structured.

If your knee has been “manageable” but not perfect…

Don’t rely on luck.

Build a better strategy.

🧐 Why does your neck still hurt even if your scans look normal?

Chronic neck pain can actually change the physical structure of your muscles over time.

New research shows that when neck muscles aren’t used properly due to pain, they can lose quality and even develop fat, making them less efficient. This can lead to more pain and reduced mobility.

The good news is you can improve your muscle quality. Our approach goes beyond temporary relief by focusing on:

✅ Muscle strength - building the support your neck needs
✅ Control - retraining your brain to use the right muscles
✅ Endurance - helping you get through the day without fatigue

🚨 CLINIC UPDATE – CLOSED TODAY DUE TO BLIZZARD CONDITIONS 🚨

For the safety of our patients and staff, RegenMed Pain Relief Clinics will be closed today due to the blizzard conditions impacting Southeastern Wisconsin.

A Blizzard Warning has been issued across the entire region, including Waukesha County, with heavy snow, ice, and powerful winds expected to intensify throughout the day.

Forecasts indicate:
❄️ 3–5 inches of snow in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area with higher totals northwest of the city
💨 Wind gusts exceeding 50 mph, creating blowing snow and whiteout conditions
🚗 Hazardous travel conditions with rapidly reduced visibility and icy roads

Local meteorologists warn that the combination of snow, wind, and ice could make travel dangerous as the storm continues to strengthen through the afternoon.

Because your safety matters to us, we feel it is best for everyone to stay off the roads until conditions improve.

📞 If you had an appointment scheduled today, our team will be reaching out to help reschedule you as soon as possible.
You may also call us at 262-785-5515 and leave a message—we will return calls once the clinic reopens.

Thank you for your understanding, and please stay safe and stay warm.

🖐️ Ever notice your fingers feel less sensitive and a bit unsure, especially when you can’t see what you’re touching? There’s a reason this can happen with carpal tunnel syndrome.

Research shows that people with carpal tunnel can still grab objects accurately, but without visual feedback, their movements become slower and more cautious. When nerve signals from the wrist are disrupted, the brain relies more on vision to guide movement. 👀

That extra caution can make everyday tasks feel more tiring. By reducing nerve irritation and improving wrist function, we can help restore clear signals so you can move with confidence, even when you’re not watching your hands.

🤕 Dealing with persistent headaches? You’ve probably heard a lot of advice, from trying different pillows to stretches.

Recent research shows that hands-on therapy and exercise work best when tailored to you. Everyone’s neck and daily habits are different, so what helps one person may not help another the same way.

Finding the right combination of hands-on care and specific movement can make a real difference in how often headaches happen and how intense they feel.

Ready to stop the guesswork? 📞 Call us today to book a comprehensive headache assessment!

😣 Living with chronic pain can make you want a solution right now. That often leads to trying everything at once, like supplements, gadgets, therapies, without a clear plan.

A recent study shows that this “shotgun approach” can actually cause more frustration. Stacking treatments without a strategy rarely addresses the complex nature of long-term pain.

Chronic pain is complicated, but your plan doesn’t have to be. At our clinic, we help you build a guided, intentional plan to regain function and manage pain more effectively over time.

🦶 Is your ankle “mostly better” or actually healed?

Many people feel fine a few months after a sprain, but the risk of reinjury can still be high. Why?

A recent study found that even after rehab, hidden deficits in nerve and muscle control can persist. You might have the strength and balance back, but your muscles might not be “firing” at the right time to protect you. ⚡

True recovery is more than just strength; it’s about retraining your brain and muscles to work together.

Does a joint in your body ever feel like it might “give out” on you? Give us a call for a full assessment! 📲

💪 Frozen shoulder may not just be a shoulder problem.

A new study found that people with metabolic syndrome had more complications and higher costs after frozen shoulder surgery. This shows that healing depends on your whole body, not just one joint.

💡 That’s why conservative care matters. Improving movement, supporting circulation, and addressing lifestyle factors can help your shoulder recover and protect joint health in the long term.
