I can feel I’m going to get some heat for this 👀
But the truth is that toxins are not just what we eat or breathe.

What I often find when I investigate a patient’s toxin burden is that the personal care products they use daily, sunscreen, lotions, and deodorants, are quietly contributing to the neuroinflammation driving their anxiety, brain fog, or mood instability.
