Areas of experience in health care field for long term care hospital, and in-home care. Many years as a Therapeutic Recreation Therapist and Water therapy. I went to the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine where and Guangzhou China, where I Received certification in Acupuncture and A Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. I stay current in CPR. I have received Who's Who in Business professionals Award. I strive for excellent care for every patient, to help them heal and balance their mind, their body, and their spirit. MEASURING BLOOD PRESSURE THE CORRECT WAY

1) DON'T TALK WHILE TAKING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
2) EMPTY YOUR BLADDER FIRST
3) AVOID CAFFIENE, SMOKING OR EXERCISE AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE TAKING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
4) SIT IN A CHAIR, NOT A SOFT CUSHIONED SOFA OR BED WITH FEET FLAT ON THE FLOOR
5) DO NOT CROSS YOUR LEGS
6) SUPPORT YOUR ARM AT HEART LEVEL. DO NOT HOLD IT OR BEND YOUR ELBOW
7) CUFF SHOULD BE PUT ON A BARE ARM
8) USE THE CORRECT CUFF SIZE!
9) MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BEEN AT A RELAXED STATE BEFORE HAVING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE TAKEN
