Meet Chris Wolff, one of the newest—and brightest—members of our Viridian family!
Born in Anchorage, Alaska, while his father served in the Air Force, Chris spent most of his childhood in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. With a background in machining and a career path that’s taken him through a variety of roles, Chris ultimately found his true calling in Maintenance.
Before joining us, Chris served as Maintenance Director at a large senior living facility in Washington, PA. It was there he not only honed his skills but also met and married the love of his life. Together, they share three wonderful children, now teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18.
In 2025, Chris made the heartfelt decision to relocate to Newport, North Carolina to be closer to his father, who retired in Rockingham in 2023. Since joining The Viridian as a maintenance technician, Chris has quickly become an indispensable part of our team. His deep knowledge, hands-on expertise, and unwavering dedication to helping others make him a standout in every way. With a smile as reliable as his toolbox, Chris keeps everything running smoothly at The Viridian. From quick fixes to major repairs, he’s the go-to guy for making sure residents feel right at home.
Chris is the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back—literally. His sense of humor, generous spirit, and genuine connection with our residents make him not just a great coworker, but a cherished friend to many.
When he’s not turning a screwdriver or solving a problem at The Viridian, Chris is a self-proclaimed homebody. He loves spending time with his beautiful wife, cheering on the Miami Dolphins, enjoying concerts and comedy shows, and relaxing with friends and family.
We’re lucky to have Chris on our team—and even luckier to know him.
