A gentle reminder from your massage therapist ❤️
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you—I never double-book and I turn away other clients to hold your spot.
When an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice, that time can’t be filled and I still have all the same overhead
Because of that, my policy (which is in the reminders and booking form) is full payment for late cancels or no-shows. Lately this has been happening more often, so I just wanted to remind everyone so there are no surprises.
Thank you SO much to the majority of you who give plenty of notice or show up ready to relax—you’re the reason I get to keep doing what I love!
If an emergency happens and you need to reschedule, just let me know as soon as you can. I’ll always work with you when I’m able.
