Seniors Choosing to Live at Home, a leading provider of in-home senior care, is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest location in Wilmington, North Carolina. The office will officially open its doors on September 1, 2025, further expanding the organization’s mission to provide compassionate, personalized care that allows older adults to remain safe and independent in their homes. The Wilmington branch will be led by seasoned care professionals, Valerie and Rodney Phillips, whose combined leadership and deep dedication to senior care are sure to make the new office a cornerstone of trusted support in the community.

This marks the fourth location for the growing company, which already proudly serves families through its existing offices in New Bern, Jacksonville, and Morehead City.

Volunteer drivers are needed to deliver meals to homebound seniors throughout Craven County.
Daily, weekly, monthly, and one-time volunteers are welcome! The greatest need is for on-call back-up drivers and drivers willing to drive longer distances.

Deliveries take place on weekdays between 9:30 AM and 12 PM.
