I cant believe this has been my space for 8 years, beginning as a student and evolving to a teacher. I'm forever grateful to share this space with my students and fellow teachers. For everyone who has walked into this space, instantly understands the peace and serenity that it brings. Namaste!

Class update ! Due to several requests, starting tomorrow, the studio will offer Barre on Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30pm. Come out and support Sarah and Lexi as they can't wait to meet the Havelock Barre babes!
