NCSRC At A Glance

North Carolina Society for Respiratory Care (NCSRC) is a non-profit organization that supports the 6,400 Respiratory Care Practitioners of North Carolina and we are a chartered affiliate of the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC). The NCSRC board is comprised of 12 members that set policy’s and make business decisions for the society. We support the Respiratory Care Practitioners of North Carolina by voicing concerns to a national forum through the AARC and back to the local level. The AARC employs a director of government affairs and a director of state government affairs, both based in Washington, DC. The NCSRC Advocacy Committee members are in close daily contact with these individuals through e-mail, via fax and/or by phone.
