🍽️ Lunch Bunch in Downtown New Bern! ✨🍽️

Today our Lunch Bunch enjoyed a wonderful outing to beautiful downtown New Bern, where we dined at The Chelsea. 💛 From crispy fried green tomatoes to rich, flavorful she-crab soup, every bite was absolutely delicious!

Not only did we enjoy a fantastic meal, but we also soaked in a bit of local history. 🏛️ The building, originally constructed in 1912, was once the pharmacy of Caleb Bradham—the inventor of Pepsi! 🥤

Great food, great company, and a great day exploring downtown New Bern! 😊🌸

🌷🐣 What a wonderful Easter celebration at Navion of New Bern!

We started the day with a meaningful Easter Bible study ✝️, followed by a delicious lunch prepared by our amazing kitchen manager, Bree 🍽️💛—friends and family made it even more special with laughter and warm company

The fun didn’t stop there! Residents enjoyed an Easter egg hunt 🥚, got creative coloring eggs 🎨, and wrapped up the day with a lively game of bingo full of smiles and friendly competition 😄

A day filled with joy, togetherness, and Easter cheer we won’t soon forget! ✨

We joyfully welcomed the season with a delightful Spring Celebration! 💛

The day began with springtime trivia that got everyone thinking and smiling, followed by a fun and creative Easter craft activity. We wrapped up with the beautiful live music of Mr. Joe Brown, filling the room with warmth and joy. 🎹✨

From laughter and lively conversation to clapping hands and dancing feet, the day was full of happy moments—and, of course, delicious snacks were the perfect finishing touch! 🌷

We hope everyone had a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day! Here at Navion of New Bern, we celebrated with a festive, fun-filled day from start to finish. 💚

We kicked things off with our exciting “Leprechauns on the Loose” game, where residents searched high and low throughout the community to track them down! The fun continued with our lively “Truth or Blarney” trivia, bringing lots of laughs and friendly competition. 😄

To top it all off, we enjoyed delicious shamrock shakes—the perfect sweet ending to a lucky day! 🍦

It was a fantastic celebration filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of Irish cheer! ☘️✨

Today, residents had an absolute blast playing one of our favorite games—Penny Pitching! 😄

Everyone tested their luck and aim, competing for prizes ranging from lotion and Kleenex to sweet treats. The excitement was contagious—even our staff joined in the fun! 💛

🍽️💗 Lunch Bunch in Downtown New Bern! 💗🍽️

Today our Lunch Bunch enjoyed a delightful outing to beautiful downtown New Bern, where we gathered for lunch at The Old Pinnix.

The trip was inspired by our lovely resident Ms. Carol, who had been craving avocado toast and heard this was the place to go—and it certainly did not disappoint! From the fresh, flavorful avocado toast to the classic Reuben on rye, every bite was delicious.

Even better than the food was the wonderful company, shared laughter, and the joy of spending time together in the heart of our charming downtown. Outings like these make our Lunch Bunch adventures so special! ✨
