Happy Birthday Army Nurse Corps!!! Miss my nursing friends at 3274 USAH ❤️🇺🇸⚕️

Happy 123rd Birthday, U.S. Army Nurse Corps! 🎂🎉

Today, we celebrate the legacy and contributions of the U.S. Army Nurse Corps, an organization that has been a beacon of compassion, dedication, and unwavering service for 123 years!

Since its establishment on February 2, 1901, the U.S. Army Nurse Corps has played a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare to American military personnel in times of peace and war. The brave men and women who have served and continue to serve in the corps exemplify the true essence of selflessness and commitment to the well-being of others.

To the brave nurses, thank you for your sacrifice and commitment. Your legacy inspires us all. 🇺🇸

Hey there!! Prentis Gross, here 👋

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with 12 years experience as a APP….. plus 9 years experience as a ER, pediatric, and public health nurse. I also served 8 years in the Army Nurse Corp reserves and love hands on patient care. Suturing and injections are my favorite! After 10 years of yearning to work in aesthetics to help mom’s feel their best and look rested, I invested more in my education. I truly love helping others and it makes me ecstatic to see great results! I’m not happy until you are. How many estheticians text you about your results and come to your house?

I come to your house or business, no need to wait in a clinic or take time off work.

Want to have a girls night? I got you 🤩

I’m ready to help you feel young and youthful.

I’m ready to help you conquer your skin care routine and fade those sun spots and wrinkles.

I’m ready to educate you on proper skin care.

I’m here whenever you need me.

PM if interested in looking more youthful and age gracefully ❤️🥰🙌

APP, NP, PA, MD...what does it all mean? And why should it matter to you?

Advanced Practice Provider (APP) includes Physician Assistants (PA), Nurse Practitioners (NP), Certified Nurse Midwives (CNM), and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA). APPs have a masters degree or higher and because of their advanced training, APPs can do many of the same tasks as a physician.

The Skin Clique's network of 200+ Providers are all APPs who work with our Supervising Physicians and Clinical Support team to ensure the gold standard for in-home safety.

Whether you're new to skin treatments or have been treated elsewhere, it's important to consider the level of training that your Provider has.

"You're glowing!!" - that's what you expect to hear when you're pregnant, right?

If you were blessed by the pregnancy glow we're so happy for you.

If instead you're feeling a little more gray, a little more dry, if you're getting painful, annoying breakouts, or just feel like your skin is going haywire - we've got you.

Pregnancy can be a confusing and taxing time on your skin, but don't forget that your Skin Clique Provider is there for you every step of the way - even when you're not getting tox treatments!

How did pregnancy change your skin? Tell us in the comments so other expecting mamas don't feel alone!

We get asked a lot about masseter tox, and if our patients should get it. But what exactly IS the masseter muscle and who should be getting this treatment?

The masseter muscle is one of a group of muscles called the muscles of mastication (AKA chewing). The masseter muscle is activated during regular chewing of food, but also is activated during teeth clenching or grinding. Clenching and grinding is often an unconscious action during sleep, typically because of stress. This often presents as pain around the jaw area and can lead to what most people refer to as “TMJ”, which really means pain at the temporomandibular joint or jaw joint.

So why would you want to get my masseters treated?

If you wake up in the morning with headaches, have soreness or tenderness at the jaw joint, or know that you grind or clench your teeth, you may be a great candidate. Masseter injection can be a great source of pain relief, in the right candidate.

Plus, not only can this injection relieve pain, but can also slim the face.

Interested in learning more? Talk to you Skin Clique provider to determine if you are a good candidate! Don’t have a Provider yet? Comment your city/state and we’ll connect you!
