When I am traveling, I usually take my amethyst and clear quartz with me. On this trip, in particular, I stayed for a week. As you can see, I included a candle and my petrified wood.

The original intention was to take time to meditate. However, my babies felt like I needed some extra love and attention. Therefore, I sat and received. 🧘🏽‍♀️

Wow!!! It's been a long, tiring, and interesting week. It feels like Friday, but that's because I'm starting my weekend early.

Allow me to share a few pics of my week. I visited the beach twice this week. Because of the type of work that I do, I always feel like the water is calling me. It's my way of getting grounded and refueling my tank.

I am fortunate enough to live close to the ocean to make this possible when Mother Nature calls me in this way.

My guides have had the opportunity to connect with me in an unbelievable way. Especially when I'm near the ocean.

Grounding and allowing the Earth to take care of me is very important, especially when I have several clients in one week who need energy work.

Oh yeah. Picture number 7 is a stone that I lost and mysteriously appeared. 🤔

Grateful. Thankful. Blessed. 🙌🏾

This is crazy! I finished massage therapy school 11 years ago. I was licensed in October of 2014. It's the longest career I have ever had. Proud moment. ❣️

My sweetie took me to the beach on the day I took this picture. I have been feeling like I needed to get to the water. I like to sit near the water for self care.

Sitting near the ocean grounds me when life feels chaotic. So much has been going on in my personal life as well as me trying to restructure my business. All of that and being a full-time grandmother is a lot, and I think I have been handling life very well.

However, every now and then, I have to remember to stop and take care of myself.

This is your reminder to stop and take care of yourself. ❤️‍🩹
