Using your personal will in conjunction with the heart leads to an increase in self-love. Not only are you more useful to yourself, but others as well. All love is in utility, as Yogananda said. It’s not an easy path to follow. Sometimes we have to reframe our mindset, recognize energy expenditure in exchange for our fulfillment and most importantly, consciously create a mind-heart connection. When we have that, everything in our physical bodies and realities fall into place, biased in love.

Each one of us earthly beings has a deity (or 2) that is the avatar we most resonate with. That avatar is the heavenly being with more para atman consciousness, or divine consciousness, who we can best emulate in this lifetime. The one who can help us lessen our jiva consciousness. Once you know which avatar this is, based on what your birth chart indicates, it can be incredibly empowering. For one, it allows you to feel more secure in your personality here, which we all need a healthy personality to help us get through life. Hey All! I’m sorry if I haven’t been able to get back to you. My best friend, my husband is in the hospital with pneumonia and I am going through that with him. He’s been here since Christmas Day. I won’t be doing readings for a while and I appreciate your prayers for him! He’s a fighter and making small improvements every day.

Far Infared light is a game changer for boosting the immune system . I felt my whole body warm up immediately and I only have this shining in my face. Last night I was freezing and couldn’t get warm no matter how many blankets I threw on. Then I remembered my light this morning so hopefully I’ll sleep better tonight. I’ve been taking quick defense, oscicillicoccum, and high quality vitamins with lots of water. Once the pharmacy sends over the ivermectin, I’ll be taking that too. Stay strong! The flu was worse in my experience.

Be proactive in your healing journey. We all need healing, or else we wouldn’t be on planet Earth in 3-5D. We’re all sick bastards. Don’t think you’re any exception. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Enter Ayurveda. It is an ancient science of life or longevity, which is predominantly lost on western culture, we are so sick and ignorant...just saying. We are all at varying degrees of ignorance. But anyway, back to my point... we can use this holistic system to see ourselves from the perspectives the elements that created us, and when we can understand this, we can start to work with it, essentially becoming our own alchemists. Doesn’t that sound exciting!? It always has to me! Listen, we are all going to suffer and die, there’s no way around it but through more and more wisdom we can lighten and ease the suffering and give ourselves a few more quality years in which to play out our karmas and let our souls actually learn something so as not to keep repeating the same damned patterns over and over, further driving the separation from All That Is even deeper into our beings. That on the physical level is how we drive disease further into the tissues. I know I sound a bit negative, but that’s reality. However, there is a way to work harmoniously with life and that involves knowing yourself through the use of Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology/Jyotish, the eyes of the Veda. Our beautiful Sahasrara chakra violet or purple, but gold or white in some traditions. I like to meditate upon it with the color gold but that could just be because that is my favorite color! It is a masculine and feminine chakra, supposed to be balanced in that way. It’s the 7th major chakra and it connects you with “angels”, it’s shape is the lotus, element is light, planet is Saturn, zodiac signs of Capricorn and Aquarius, rules the area of the head, it’s activating mantra is Nnn, and it prefers silence. Positive influences are a good spirituality, a responsible kind of spirituality based in practicality. There is higher consciousness seen here, memories of past lives and glimpses of the next. Individuals with a healthy crown chakra love and understand people and usually work for the benefit of humankind. The crown chakra rules, prayer, faith, meditation and wisdom. So obviously when it is misaligned or blocked, the person can not be trusted. Sometimes these people can be taken advantage of for their kindness and generosity and they must work on this chakra so they can be acutely aware of when others are draining their energy. Imbalance in the crown chakra can lead to difficult situations where the person has neither the courage nor strength to move away from fate. They step out of conscious co-creation. They then start to value money and things over people, natural beauty, nature and worthwhile activities. This chakra rules the brain and the central nervous system. Here are a list of ailments associated; MS, Parkinson’s, schizophrenia, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s, bipolar disorder, depression, eye disease, varicose veins, eczema, skin cancer, rages, warts, moles, bacterial infections.

Ajna chakra, also known as the third eye, is the 6th major chakra, associated with indigo blue, ancestors, the Star of David, the element of light, the planet Jupiter, Sagittarius and Pisces zodiac signs, the eyes and the skull. Sacred songs and sacred music lights up this chakra and chanting the mantra “Aum”. This is such an important chakra and it has to be functioning on a strong foundation created by the other chakras to really reach its highest potential, that of knowledge and clarity. When it’s balanced, there is insight and inspiration and when it’s not, there is muddled thinking. This chakra rules extra sensory perception and you might be thinking “I live in a material world, what do I need that for?” However, it’s a very necessary perception because it’s being lived through you at every moment. This is the perfect time of year, in the autumn, to use this perception to commune with your ancestors and create boundaries while giving blessings...so that you may live your own life, thanks to them. The insight the brow chakra can give allows people to see through lies a d subterfuge and get to the truth of the matter. Blocked third eyes make a person only concerned in themselves and whatever they are interested in. You can’t get through to them without talking about these things first. They may be misogynistic, anti-Semitic and racist - all while being extremely religious and a pillar of the church or so-called spiritual. Deficiency in energy here leads to low self-esteem, depression, envy, over analyzing, sensitivity to criticism and problems with hormones, sinusitis, neuralgia, sleeplessness, migraines, vision problems, brain tumors, balance and coordination issues and pineal/pituitary gland problems. All of the chakras are very important to clear but this one especially at this time because this is the one that helps to keep you you.

Vishuddha or the throat chakra is light blue in color and it’s the 5th chakra with a masculine, yang energy. The modern associated animal is the eagle, the shape is the cup. It’s element is air/ether, the planet is Mercury and zodiac signs are Gemini and Virgo. Singing lights up this chakra as well as chanting the Mantra “Ham”. Those with a balanced throat chakra take responsibility for their actions, take credit for their achievements and accept their shortcomings. They also see through the machinations of others. They rarely lean on others in a worldly sense and have a strong spiritual base so when life becomes difficult, they turn to that and are helped. An exaggerated vishuddha is very opinionated, religiously and politically dogmatic, take no or very little responsibility for their actions and words and blame everyone else for their shortcomings. They may be arrogant, spiteful, self-righteous or just plain stupid. If deficient of energy here in the throat chakra, individuals can be pessimistic, lack courage, slide out of doing anything useful. They find it hard to stick up for themselves, are typically stuck in bad relationships and nobody wants to listen to them. This chakra is associated with the throat, obviously, the cervical spine, shoulders and upper part of body. Ailments coming from misalignment or blockage are neck and cervical spine issues, problems with growth and development, thyroid and parathyroid issues, hearing and balance problems, menstrual cycle and menopausal problems, tonsillitis, dental problems, vocal chord problems and mouth ulcers, just to name a few.
