She has always been a creature of nurture. Breathing life and love into others seemed to be her reason for existence. She soon realized her heart was running on low and she needed to fill her own cup. After her own awakening to the healing power of yoga on and off the mat, she knew she had to share this enlightenment with others. With the help of Transcending Yoga’s teacher training program in 2014 she became a certified instructor. “It is truly a gift to be able to watch my students bloom while I nourish my own soul right alongside them.” Since then, a true Pisces at heart, Tabby uprooted from Midwest Ohio and planted herself on the shores of North Carolina where she teaches yoga on land and in the salty waters of NC as a Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Instructor, certified through Lazy Dog Paddle and Yoga. Join Tabby each week at the Omazing Yoga Studio's, Second Wind Eco Tours and Yoga, located in downtown Swansboro, NC and at Wellness Massage and Yoga Located on Emerald Isle. Tabby has also partnered with other venues such as Carolina Home and Garden in Newport, NC and Harrikas Beerhaus in Cedar Point, NC to bring you classes to inspire and spark the creative creature inside.
