Did you know MERCI Clinic has been serving our community since 1996?

For nearly 30 years, MERCI Clinic has provided free and charitable medical and dental care to uninsured and underinsured individuals in our community. What began as a mission to help neighbors in need has grown into a vital healthcare safety net for eastern North Carolina.

Through the dedication of volunteers, staff, donors, and community partners, thousands of patients have received compassionate, quality care close to home.

Thank you to everyone who has supported MERCI Clinic over the years and helped us continue this important work. Together, we are improving lives and strengthening our community every day.

A busy day of compassionate care at MERCI Clinic!

Today our Medical, Orthopedic, and Dental clinics were all running, helping provide high-quality care to our neighbors in need. Our van was on the move, and our friendly lab partner was hard at work transporting lab specimens for processing.

Every patient served is a reminder of what community partnership and compassion can accomplish together. Thank you to our volunteers, staff, and supporters who make days like this possible! 💙

Join us for MERCI on Middle, an elevated outdoor food, wine, and bourbon experience where every dollar raised supports our Clinic's mission.

On November 8, Middle Street will transform into a vibrant evening featuring local restaurants, curated beverage experiences including a tasting by Weldon Mills Distillery, live music from I-42 Band, a live auction, and meaningful impact.

We are currently seeking sponsors and community partners who want to align their brand with one of Eastern North Carolina’s premier fundraising events that bring together more than 400 attendees.

Did you know that MERCI Clinic is now open on Thursday evenings? 🌙 We’re proud to offer late afternoon and evening appointments to better serve our community.

Today has been an especially eventful day at MERCI Clinic! Huge thanks to the The Rotary Club of New Bernary Club of New Bern for completing much-needed pruning and grounds cleanup—our campus looks wonderful! 🌿

We are also grateful to the nurses from CarolinaEast Health Systemt Health System for donating reading glasses for our patients. 👓

A special thank-you to the generous donors whose financial support made it possible to provide meals for our staff and volunteers, helping keep everyone energized as we care for patients into the evening. 🍽️💙
