Our Faith based Yoga is experiential worship created to deepen people's connection to Christ. Our sole purpose is to facilitate a Christ honoring experience that offers an opportunity to believers and non-believers alike to authentically connect to God through His Word, worship, and wellness.

We are excited to head out of summer and into fall with expectations of What God will do through these classes. As we sit on our mats and focus our mind and bodies to the one true God. Healing through movement!!
