My health is an investment in my life. 💖

I’ve lived with scoliosis and some version of chronic back pain for 30 years. TBH that feels like long enough. But truthfully, I always do better when I am in shape and taking care of my body. And this year I’m trying something new: the Schroth method an old technique developed by a woman in Germany who had scoliosis and didn’t accept her fate, she changed it. That inspires me! I love the pioneering spirit! Never ever give up, even when it’s hard. ❤️‍🩹

I’m also challenging myself to learn some basic level gymnastics, just for fun. 🤗 Investing in myself always seems to pay off, one tiny baby step at a time.

If you’re starting off with an overwhelming problem, remember that that time will pass anyway, little consistent investments in yourself can only mature with interest even if it feels like you’re starting from square one. You can do it! We can do it!!☺️

Thanks Facebook censorship. They’ll hide a comment by a client about how a child on the spectrum was helped by my services, yet keep up fake reviews. So fun. Holistic care, especially, is always such a target because it works & it’s effective. As more people vote with their dollars for holistic services, it creates a real threat to big business.💰Nevertheless, I’m grateful for the opportunity to use social media to connect with and share information that can help others. Cooking up something amazing. 🤩 I don’t really do protocols, I much prefer customization, but I’m in the midst of developing a protocol that will help women everywhere. I’ll update you if I can get it to work like I envision. ✨
