I’m taking my plant care assignment very seriously! 🪴 In-between client sessions I’m moving them around and I may or may not be giving them hugs. 🫂😂 I also greet them when I arrive and say goodnight when I leave. 😊 They’re alive and I’m hoping to keep it that way!

I have two medium light and one low light space. I have a bird of paradise, corn plant, rubber plant, zz plants, snake plants, and a few others but I’m not sure what they’re called. I’d appreciate any indoor plant care tips for someone trying to grow a green thumb. 💚🌱

Oh look it’s my new treatment room halfway complete! Check out that incredible custom refinished desk completed by Kim, one of my super talented clients! I’m obsessed with how things are coming together right on time. 🩷

On a related and exciting note, would you like to meet my friend Nicole? She’s going to be visiting from PA to offer some spa services in my new room this Friday and Saturday only at Empowered Healing Community. We used to work at the same Chiropractic office and she’s delightful in every way.

I was recently doing a remote session with one of my clients in Camp Hill, Pa. I had referred her to Nicole for raindrop therapy session a few years ago. And she’s gone to see her ever since.
