Valley Advantages is looking to add a Program Specialist to our Team!

The Program Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Program Services. This role entails coordinating and facilitating interdisciplinary processes for assigned individuals, with a caseload not exceeding 30. The Program Specialist ensures regulatory compliance, participates in all mandatory trainings, practices positive approaches, and upholds the principles, mission, and values of Valley Advantages!

Job Qualifications: Minimum of an associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college/university and 4 years of verifiable experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities!

Thank you to all our golfers, volunteers and White Oaks Golf course!!!

We had a great turn out for Valley’s Annual Golf Outing!!! Weather was beautiful and a great way to support our residents here at Valley Advantages!!!

All proceeds of fundraisers go towards our wonderful guys/gals to help purchases them Christmas and birthday presents along with having holiday meals & gatherings and to enjoy some of life’s great experiences!
