Valley Advantages is looking to add a Program Specialist to our Team!

The Program Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Program Services. This role entails coordinating and facilitating interdisciplinary processes for assigned individuals, with a caseload not exceeding 30. The Program Specialist ensures regulatory compliance, participates in all mandatory trainings, practices positive approaches, and upholds the principles, mission, and values of Valley Advantages!

Job Qualifications: Minimum of an associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college/university and 4 years of verifiable experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities!

Another Peanut Butter Festival Parade down!!!

Thank you to Melissa & Jamey Khale and all our CPS staff for helping make an amazing float!!

Thank you to our DSPs for getting our guys to the parade and making it a fun experience for them!!!

It was amazing to see a full float and truck filled with smiles!!!!!
