New Year's goal for Trailside Fitness 1000 lb Club gym members: join the club and receive a complimentary shirt. To qualify, 1) be a member in good standing, 2) document your lift with a photo, and 3) provide your shirt size. If the bar isn't bending, then you're just pretending.

Is there anyone in the Redbank Valley that cares about health and fitness?? This gym should be packed. 10,000 sq ft, any kind of machine you could dream of and $80,000++ in equipment … I’d bet big money that the next door neighbor’s gym is empty right now too? WTF people.
-is it too much to wake up before work and better your life?
Is your job just so hard you can’t make the time?
Are you just so comfortable that “you’re good”?

What is a good reason to excuse the lack of betterment?
Are you waiting till you are 10++ hours into your day to start to better yourself?
Why would you wait till the end of the day for the best part of the day?
