Want relief from chronic pain, stuck emotions, or poor mental and physical health? Want to try group fitness but don't know where to begin? Start your weck off right at Ebb & Flow with Mo, every Monday at Trail-Side Fitness! Explore multiple Healing Modalities such as Yoga, Flexibility, Mindful Movement, Functional Strength, and Relaxation. Together, we'll take a Holistic, restorative approach to inviting calm, grounded, tension-free and balanced energy.
Ebb & Flow with Mo is a fluid class with a mixture of static holds and dynamic movement. Classes will open and close with gentle movement, Savasana (relaxation), Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation to prevent injury and to assist in integrating our practice into our daily lives. This class is accessible and beneficial to all levels, sizes, shapes, ages, religions and genders. Anyone is welcome to attend and deepen their connection to their mind, body and spirit. Come as you are and step into who you want to be!
Class will be held in a safe, private, heated space to ensure your comfortability.
Our First Class begins at 7pm, April 1st, and will meet every Monday thereafter! Come early or stay late with an optional 15 minute Open Gym period before and after each class to familiarize yourself with the space, mingle or debrief with your classmates, teacher and friends.
How to Be Prepared for your First Session:
Wear breathable athletic clothing (no jeans, buttons, zippers, or excessive jewelry)
• Stay hydrated before, during and after: water bottles highly suggested!
Bring a yoga mat (if you have it)
: (Optional) Bring a pillow for support and a blanket if you chill asly!
