At New Boston Family Clinic, we do our best to keep insurance and billing as simple and transparent as possible.

If multiple insurance plans are on file and both indicate a copay responsibility, a copay may be collected at check-in based on the information provided by your insurance carriers at the time of service.

Once claims are fully processed, any overpayment will gladly be adjusted or refunded if applicable. We’re always happy to help answer questions and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our billing process fair and consistent for all patients.💙

We will complete these forms only for conditions that are actively treated and managed by our providers.

If your condition is being managed by a specialist, they will need to complete your paperwork to ensure accuracy.
