Did you know that abductees get abducted, usually, by family or beings working for family. I know that makes no sense, so let me explain.

Many many thousands of years ago when a rather large meteor hit the planet, that meteor was seen by many races across the universe.

Many of these races mounted a rescue mission to evacuate as many people and animals off the planet.

Because of the devastation the meteor caused, earth was unsafe for 500 years.

Over those 500 years, all those people and animals that were evacuated stayed with natives on other planets.

Generation after generation lived their lives on other planets learning about their past.

After earth was safe to inhabit again, many relatives of those that were originally evacuated returned to earth to help re-seed.

Many of these people looked very different from their original evacuated relatives. Living and having relationships with other beings created the many races we see on this planet today.

Relatives of those that originally were evacuated and those that reseeded are the beings that abduct people and are the reason Earth gets so many visitors from other beings.

One more thing.

When the large Armada of Arks showed up to help, some people hid in deep caverns because they were frightened.

When the people reseeded earth, they came across caveman dwelling people with rudimentary tools and weapons. Generation after generation of those that hid in the deep caverns had a very different lifestyle to those that were evacuated.

True Self Healing.

Dancing, Yoga, Reflexology, Pilates, Zumba, Non-contact Sports, Massage and any other activity that involves movement, stretching or muscle movement releases trauma in the body.

When trauma is released, true healing occurs only when Ist hand, pure nutrition is consumed. What this means is that when the trauma that makes up part of the cells in the body has been released, those cells need healing using an Organic Vegan Varied Nutritional Diet.

The reason this diet is the only diet that truly heals is because all other foods contain trauma and/or toxins.

When a person releases trauma and continues to consume trauma/toxins laden foods, they may feel ok for a while but as time goes by the effects of those unhealthy chooses start to show, usually in painful ways, sometimes in terminal ways.

To self heal, releasing trauma is your first goal but while trauma is releasing it is important to eat clean.

Word from Spirit

Spirit has naturally been guiding me to prepare for disclosure.

Spirit told me that there will be a significant amount of unrest that will last up to 3 months depending on the area.

I was told to prepare as if a major event is going to happen that causes power to be lost and a stay at home order in place for our own safety.

This means preparing to have to live without power and without the ability to get supplies for 3 months.

I have been guided to build up my canning supplies and to look into different power generating options.

Spirit told me to mention pets too. Pets are a major part of keeping peoples sanity during traumatic or stressful events. Spirit said to be sure to prepare for your pets needs.

Spirit also got me to prepare a list of what would be needed when Ascension happens, because with such a large number of the population leaving, there will not be enough people left to sustain the current way of life that we are used to. This may be why I have also been guided to save seeds and learn so many self sustainability skills. Think about that for a moment.

What does an illuminati Handler look like.

Being bars soon, and I will tell you why.

When a person gets promoted to be an Illuminati Handler, they must show their dedication to the organization.

The showing of this dedication is why they will be behind bars soon. Bare in mind the illuminati at the highest level keep records of everything that goes on in their organization, this includes anything that a member could be bribed with if they strayed. The military now have all those records.

Ok, so when a lower level member is having issues from a family member in a way that could harm their chance of fulfilling their job in a major way, it would be noticed by their current handler. This also happens if another current member that is family is sharing information that goes against the narrative.

When this happens the member that is following the narrative is offered two options.

Depending on which option is chosen shows a lot about that person.

The family member in question could be murdered and the murder would look like su***de.

The second option is what tells the truth about a person.

They are told they can show their dedication by having their family member killed in a way that looks like a natural death, like an Heart Attack or Cancer. This is easily done because they have their own healthcare program that would give notice of needing a checkup. During the checkup, medication would be either administered or taken with them. These types of medication are the types that can cause the heart over a short period of time to shut down. In the case of cancer, the person would have had what looks like a steroid shot but instead is a cocktail of chemicals that grow cancer cells.

When a person sees their family member suffering from the issues and the pain cancer brings or from the helplessness of a heart attack, how do you think that person feels? when the sadness seen from other people that are close to the deceased is evidant, how can that person live with themselves?

I will tell you why.

They have just been promoted to being an illuminati handler with all its added benefits. It is better than the alternative.

The illuminati do this as a punishment. The new handler in most cases would rather have their family member still there and enjoying life with them. But then again, life in the lower level of the illuminati is far from enjoyable, unless you are male, but if a male tries to cause issues, they suffer just as much.

The illuminati have try to have people sign for everything, they do this to cover themselves as much as they can. So when they force a person to make a choice of two options that both end in the death of a family member, If the person does not sign, their life in the lower level of the illuminati becomes seriously unbearable, but they get to keep their loved family member in their life.

The dedicated member would not get told of this as a choice, they would get notified of being given a much more traumatic job and the family member unless also illuminati being severely monitored. If that person continued to be a huge problem, they would kill them.

If the family member was illuminati too, they would dispose of that person anyway unless they changed their ways significantly.

There are people in the illuminati that are made to suffer through no fault of their own. Through being able to read a person's energy, I know of three members, one a handler that are desperate to see the truth of what I have shared about the top levels being taken off down. While one will still serve prison time, the other two will have everything taken from then related to the illuminati, including their home, vehicles and anything else given by that organization, they will also have their bank account seized until they trace the payments from that organization.

The illuminati look for different types of people to recruit. Their easiest way is to go for those that are vulnerable and desperate to get out of a bad situation. Sometimes they go for those that have already lost everything but could be used for future money making projects.

Many of these people had suffered far more than people are yet to understand but this will be disclosed and hopefully that will help people see the truth and see them in a different light. All lower level females suffer, very few males. Males only suffer if they cause issues. Females are there to serve, no matter what it takes.

It's very easy to judge when a person does not have all the details. When the truth is officially disclosed, and it will be, people will be shocked and will wanting to help. These people will be need help, they will require a lot of healing and care.

When a whole group of female musicians can be prostituted out just because they look good, it shows how the organization gets mostly females, no matter who they are, to make money for them, the best way they can.

There are people recruited by the illuminati to discredit those that oppose their narrative.

Politics shows this in a major way. When a person points out the truth of something that creates issues with an illuminati organized project, members of that organization will be directed to create lies about that person, they will even go as far as having evidence created, to bring charges. Even when charges are dismissed because there is no truth behind them, the seed of negativity behind that person has been sown.

This goes when the illuminati is trying to sway an opinion to start a war. Wars throughout recent history have been created through lies. When a county ran by the illuminati has knowledge of operatives being taken out, they will dress their own operatives up in uniforms of those that are working to relieve them. They then create distributing incidents and then accuse those people. This creates a negative narrative against those that are working to take them out.

Another method is to film their own people wearing uniforms from a country they want to invade. They film themselves or make sure there are witnesses that show a narrative of soldiers killing their own people. This is how they get the public to support an invasion and kill a leader that opposes their narrative. They then put one of their own in a position of authority to run that country their way.

There are many celebrities right now claiming they will leave the county soon. These people are illuminati controlled and are surrounded by that narrative. They will see the truth of more than they think, very soon.

Did you know that illuminati marriages are very rare. Most couples are just two members living together with fake documents. If you think that there are some very odd matched couples in Hollywood, that's the reason why.

The illuminati will give someone that needs a boost a partner to raise their popularity. Sometimes these partnerships are not pleasant, especially for the ladies. Partners are expected to occasionally act like partners even if they hate each other.

All those multi million dollar divorce settlements are fake. They continue with this illusion to have people believe they are more.

Recent so called breakups that involve well known celebrities are not actually breakups, since the Hollywood illuminati structure has collapsed, people are just leaving their arranged situation and trying to start over. Most of these people have never had a normal life, so for those people, life on the outside of that organization is going to be a huge wake up call.

Many of those that were part of the illuminati were manipulated to join by those acting as managers. When a person is vulnerable and being offered a lucrative contract, many sign without reading the small print.

Many of these people are young females, they will be given to a male member and r***d in front of an audience. They do this to show dominance and to show what to expect in the future. Sometimes this happens much later in a person's career.

Most remember the scene of Lady Gaga wearing a dress that looked like it was made only of meat. This person had spoken out to a person she thought she could trust. She was made to wear that dress to show that to them, she was just a piece of meat.

There are many celebrities of both sexes that suffered greatly at the hands of the illuminati, many of these are those that have been ridiculed by the media. Many of these people still suffer even though most are out of that evil organization now. They suffer because they know how people will react when all this is disclosed. Some will struggle and possibly just end the pain by killing themselves, some will hide themselves away in the hope that people change. Then there are those that simply try to live in a way to avoid negativity, but not always succeeding.

When all this starts to show itself and names start floating around, before judging these people, try to see the truth of each person individually. Many suffered greatly and continue to suffer. Those that made them suffer are documented. Luckily an organization like the illuminati needs to keep everything documented including their negative actions. A lot of people have gone to prison and so so many more are still to go. Those that are left are the ones that need love or at least to be judged fairly.

Did you know that a person is fully developed around the age of 25 when the Neuro Pathways in the brain are fully formed.

At this age a person should not start showing age, but we do.

The reason a person starts showing age is because of all the toxins in the body. These toxins come from our choice of diet, the products we use on our bodies, what we inhale and our medical choices.

Once our bodies are fully developed they regenerate at the rate needed to keep the body in the best condition it can be at with the materials on offer.

If at the stage when the body is ready to regenerate, a person decides to continue on a diet that contains toxins, uses harmful products on the skin, inhales toxins and feels the need for antibiotics, aging starts to occur. This happens because toxins build up in the body, damaging cells and being renewed with what is available in the body.

Aging, in the body, not time, can be reversed if the materials that are available regenerate cells that are free of toxins and contain all the nutrients to create healthy cells.

Many people over the last few decades have been guided for good reason to choose a Vegan diet. A Vegan diet, if %100 Organic and incorporates a wide variety of produce is the only diet that can offer the chance of regenerating a person's body in the healthiest possible way.

The argument about Vegans not getting the nutrition they need has no basis of truth. The Animals that people eat are made from what they eat, plants. When people start to understand the magnitude of what I just wrote, they should start to understand that, if Animals are made of plants, why are people eating them when they can just eat plants.

A vegan diet that is %100 Organic is what we are meant to consume. This is how cells regenerate without toxins, this is how healing occurs and this is how to bring back your youth.

There are Organic products available that people can use for cosmetic and cleansing solutions. Organic Epsom salt mixes are great for releasing toxins from the skin when bathing.

I have found that I only get negative responses from people that need more knowledge. I also get them from those that love animal products so much, they simply dismiss everything if it means they may need to stop.

All I can say is, I have been eating a %100 plant based/ Vegan diet for 16 months. Before that, I was Only plant based/Vegan without the Organic only part. I have noticed a huge difference since consuming only Organic.

The animals you eat are made from what they eat, plants.

Why do people eat animals when they can go straight to the origin, Plants.

I will tell you why.

1, Propaganda
2, lobbying
3, lack of knowledge
4, Negative Narrative by those that benefit from keeping people in a state of ill health.

The Animals you eat are made from plants, the same nutrients that are found in Vegan and a Plant Based diet.

If a person actually researches nutrition and what plants are made from. A person does not have to eat grass to get all the same nutrients.

Those that suffer on a vegan diet do so because of the extra intake of the pesticides that are sprayed on plants. Eating Organic stops this and should make sense to those that want to listen.

The problem is, if one vegan becomes ill, it's huge news, but none vegans are always ill and nobody says a thing about that.

An Organic Vegan diet is the only diet that will truly heal you. If you believe you are healthy on a different diet, why are you aging and why of most on medication.

An Organic Vegan diet stops the aging process through the regeneration of cells that are pure without any toxins. Other diets and lifestyles only achieve a continuous need of trauma release and temporary healing. If you cannot see this, it's because you do not want to.

In time, sooner than you think, the truth of this will show in your health. In most, it has been showing all your life, but you are so used to it, so it feels normal.

Like I said, the animals you eat are made from plants, why would you think you need to eat anything from an animal when you can just eat plants........

Did you know that when a person consumes animals and fish, they create a continuous cycle of trauma release for themselves.

Think about how the loss of family and freedom would affect you, it would cause trauma. Trauma sits in the body and mind as part of the make-up of the cells.

This trauma is lower frequency due to the damage it creates in the body through cells that lack optimal development. This trauma is still in the meat or fish when consumed. Not to mention other toxins.

This is why the spiritual community is the most likely to become Vegan or Plant Based, they are guided though having more openings in the mind. When an Organic Vegan/plant based diet is adhered to, the cycle of trauma creation stops and healing rapidly happens and frequency rises to higher levels of consciousness.

This is called self healing, this is the lesson needed that if adhered to will allow the energy to flow uninterrupted to activate that dormant DNA needed for Ascension.

Sitting around waiting for something to happen makes no sense at all. Do you think higher density beings just sat around to see what would happen..... I don't think so.
