Don't forget your sun care products...
Sunscreen and sunblock don't work in the same way, but they both protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. Sunblock is named because it literally blocks UV rays by forming a physical shield, while sunscreen absorbs UV rays before your skin can.
Do your research on the product ingredients especially if putting on children.
At this time, research has shown the chemical avobenzone and the mineral zinc oxide are the best choices for UVA protection. However, avobenzone is one of the 12 chemicals of concern to the FDA, so choosing a product with zinc oxide may be the safest option.
