Supracare Family Health Here at SupraCare we provide primary care precision with urgent care readiness. We treat diabetes, high blood pressure, and chronic illnesses.

We have onsite Xray, Lab, EKG, and PFT. We suture lacerations, drain abscesses, splint fractures and sprains.
