🌟Meet Sasha Rodriguez, Business Office Manager🌟
Sasha started with Christus HomeCare - New Braunfels as an intake coordinator in 2020 and has been with us for 5 years. She manages non-clinical staff in the office overseeing workflow tasks, back up intake, schedulers, and office assistants. Sasha also processes payroll, maintains HR records for each new hire, and assist with orientation on all new hires - in short, Sasha does it all! 💥
Sasha also performs / manages billing audits, manages our supply ordering for the office, invoicing bills, assists with any tech issues the office staff or field staff may have, AND assists the agency director as needed. 👏
She wears multiple hats in this agency and she loves to be a team player and give advice to her staff so we can continue to be the best team. Sasha likes to say, “on this team we are all family!”. 🥰
Hobbies: She loves summer time with family going swimming on their boat, shopping with her daughter Lilly, and movie dates with husband - he’s is her best friend. 💙
Fun fact: Sasha married her high school sweetheart and they were young parents to two boys who are now 20 and 19, but wouldn’t change it at all. They’ve shown her how to be the mother that she is and how to be patient. 🥹
Why: “Ever since I was young I have always had a heart to help my elders. I used to sit on the couch with my parents and would cut their toes nails, massage their feet. To my sisters that was gross, but to me I loved to do it. My parents would then tell me, Sasha’s going to be the one to take care of us. 🥰 I love to try and care for each patient in any way that I can here. Whether it be a simple phone call and hearing from our patients how wonderful this team has been for them or making them feel appreciated after listening to their concerns, I love what I do!”
