There was a time I didn’t trust myself.

I looked outside of me for answers…
for validation.

And when something inside me spoke up,
I let someone else tell me I was wrong.

That I was too sensitive.
Imagining things.
Making it up.

But there was always a quiet knowing
And when everything fell apart…
that was the only thing left standing.

So I started listening. Not perfectly. But enough to begin.

And the more I sat with myself…
the more things started to make sense.

Why I feel the way I feel.
Why I move the way I move.
Why certain things are non-negotiable for me.

I stopped trying to fix myself…
and started working with how I’m actually wired.

That changed everything.

This is why I do what I do.

Not to give you answers…
but to help you trust the ones already inside of you.

I’m stepping into a new chapter and I wanted to share it from my heart. 💜

As of this season (the end of January), I’ll be lovingly releasing my studio brick-and-mortar space. Not as an ending… but as a next step. A recalibration.

This beautiful, cozy space has held so much…healing, sound, tears, laughter, breakthroughs, remembrance. I’m deeply grateful for every moment, every soul, every frequency that moved through these walls.

But now, something new is calling.

This transition is creating room for me to broaden my reach, deepen the transformational work I’m here to do, and bring my offerings into new containers, especially online. I’m excited about the experiences, journeys, and connections that are opening as a result.

✨ There will still be select in-person events, ceremonies, and local collaborations, so this isn’t goodbye. It’s simply an evolution.

I’m trusting the timing. I’m following the pull. And I’m saying yes to what wants to be born next.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me…past, present, and what’s unfolding.

Endings are simply doorways to new beginnings.
And I am so excited about what I can already feel on the other side. 🪄
