We’ve noticed recent discussions about the Department of Veterans Affairs potentially using artificial intelligence to help review or analyze Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs). Because this has understandably raised some questions, we wanted to provide a little clarification.

At Warrior Overwatch, the evaluation process is centered around licensed medical professionals. Every DBQ is completed and signed by qualified providers who conduct their own medical review and document their findings in accordance with VA guidelines and established clinical standards.

While the VA may implement technology within its claims system to help manage workflow, organize files, or flag claims that may need further attention, these tools are designed to assist with administrative efficiency. They do not replace the judgment or role of licensed medical providers.

Warrior Overwatch maintains a strong quality and credentialing process. This includes verifying provider credentials, confirming active medical licenses, and ensuring each provider remains in good standing with their respective medical boards.

Additionally, all providers follow detailed documentation practices that align with VA DBQ requirements.
