Coming in to get your family adjusted can seem intimidating. Here’s an example of how things flow while siblings get adjusted the others play. Our office is set up so that while mom and kids are getting adjusted the other kiddos can play right outside the door with our busy board, toys, and often other families who are hanging out as well. Plus with Miss Kaeli working our front desk and assuming the title as official baby holder, your little one never has to go unheld 🫶🏻

.martinez.11 and I have been dreaming about offering mommy and me CFT sessions and its finally happening! On Saturday, June 28th we will be offering 45 minute CFT sessions for mom and child, these sessions are so helpful for mom and Baby regulate, let go of tension, feel more comfortable and restore balance to the body. In the season of motherhood, we are always so focused on our baby and their needs that sometimes we don’t realize how much our needs and our mood can affect our children.Curious about what CFT is? Ask your questions in the comments and I’ll be sure to address them all.The sessions are 45 minutes long, $200 total for both mom and kiddo. We have 5 open slots at 9, 10, 11, 1, and 2. We’re so@excited to add another product.

✨Update about maternity leave✨

Unfortunately, I will not be able to come back to care for patients starting December 2. I will return January 3. Until January, Dr. Jasmine will continue to care for y’all on Tuesdays and Fridays.

EXCITING NEWS! Dr. Jasmine will be staying with Full Circle and caring for patients on Tuesdays when I return.
So the schedule will look like this come January.
Mondays: Dr. Abby
Tuesdays: Dr. Jasmine
Wednesdays: Dr. Abby
Thursdays: Dr. Abby

Because Dr. Jasmine has decided to continue seeing patients here we have opened up our online booking for new patients.

Ironically, I am a chiropractor who is having pretty severe back issues and I physically cannot return to work as early as I planned. I am going to take this extra month to rest and heal my body so I can better care for you when I come back!

I hope everybody is having a wonderful holiday season and I look forward to seeing y’all soon 😊

✨Teething Favorites ✨

Teething can be such a tough time on baby and parents. Here are 3 of our favorite remedies and 3 of our favorite products to help make teething more comfortable for everyone.

▫️ Camilia Teething Relief▫️
This homeopathic remedy is a gentle and easy option. You simply empty one dropper in baby’s mouth. targeting the affected area. Most babes feel relatively instant comfort and relief. Follow the instructions for timing on the box!

▫️Earthley Teeth Tamer ▫️
This tincture is a mixture of Organic Whole Cloves, Organic Catnip, Organic Glycerin and Filtered Water. You drop 2-5 drops on the affected area of baby’s gums or just in their mouth. This is a FAVORITE product in my practice. Lots of parents love it and I can’t seem to keep it on the shelf for long.

▫️Hyland’s Teething Tabs▫️
This is another homeopathic remedy that parents often choose for their teething baby. These tablets easily dissolve in baby’s mouth and target decreasing inflammation on those sensitive, uncomfortable gums. Follow the box for timing on this one too!

▫️Amber Teething Necklace▫️
This is a great noninvasive way to support inflammation reduction. These necklaces are made from Baltic Amber which is high in succinic acid thought to aid in pain relief when absorbed by the skin. We sell Canyon Leaf brand in the office and a couple things I love about them are their authenticity, ability to break when needed, and the knots between each bead.

▫️Teething Straws▫️
These silicone straws are a great way to allow baby to relieve gum discomfort by chewing. Unlike hard, frozen teethers these are much softer and wont damage baby’s gums when they knaw on them. You can find these on Amazon, just make sure they’re silicone!

▫️Frozen Microfiber Towel▫️
Lightly dampen a microfiber towel and throw it in the freezer. Because it is damp and not saturated it wont freeze rock solid. Pull it out of the feeezer and let your babe chew on it. This will cool their gums as it thaws and is gentle because of the soft fibers. A big favorite in our household.

Hack: Get yourself a red light that has combination red and blue light.

This is how I make breakfast (and let’s be honest most of the time my oldest son’s school lunch) in the morning. The blue light is helping to stimulate cortisol levels to help my body and mind get going for the day. It’s also great for skin health, hence why I love shining it right on my face.

You won’t catch us using this setting in the afternoon or evening but contrary to popular belief blue light has its benefits too 😊
