That celebration after a great adjustment ✨

Did you know your little one doesn’t have to lay on the table to get adjusted? Some places Dr. Abby has adjusted the little ones who can’t sit still (and shouldn’t have to): mom’s lap, playing with toys, laying on the couch, standing on the couch, poking the salt lamp, laying on top of mom. Did I miss any? 😂

A follow up to the story that I posted a couple of weeks ago about the unsettling thing our family was going through. There are 2 screenshots about the 1:20 mark you can pause to read. Just here to remind fellow parents to follow your intuition and trust your gut. If something feels off act on it. Being vulnerable is tough and being vulnerable while in the first year postpartum seems like the most difficult thing. I’ve always prided myself on transparency and if our story can help even just one family, I’m here to share it. The case has been closed and we are moving forward. 🫶🏻♥️
