If you haven’t been to For Goodness Sake Natural Foods, GO.

It’s basically Thrive Market vibes — but locally owned and right here in our community

We meal prep for the week… but it only works if we actually remember our food 😂
No problem though — For Goodness Sake for the win.

The Health Nut smoothie = all the health in a cup and kept us powered through the afternoon.
Grabbed a few Found Bone Broths for snacks and we were good to go.
