Why is it so hard to slow down?

Even for me, I have to remind myself.

To not rush the work. 👈🏻
To stay present.👈🏻
To give the body time to actually respond.👈🏻

We’re so used to moving quickly… doing more… getting through things.

But this kind of work doesn’t respond to that.🙌🏻

It responds to patience.👌🏻
To intention.👌🏻
To slowing down enough to actually feel what’s happening.👌🏻

And every time I do, the results speak for themselves. 🤗

Lately I’ve just been feeling really grateful for the season I’m in.

For the people who trust me, the space I’ve created, and the work I get to do every day. 🫶🏻

Building something of my own has challenged me, stretched me, and taught me more than I ever expected but it has also been one of the most fulfilling things I’ve ever done.

Room for 1 Coach 💪

We heard Gold's Gym is officially closing next week. I was a coach long before I became an owner, and I recognize this could be devastating to their coaches and client's schedules.

We have room for 1 experienced and established coach on our team if anyone from Gold's is looking for an opportunity. My location is only a mile and a half away from Golds, and my facility is specialized for personal training. Additionally we are 24/7 and private access, and offer substantial coaching resources to ensure our clients get the results they want.
