Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about my office and staff. I was suffering from a sports injury that would not respond to other forms of care.

I am a chiropractor because my life was forever changed by chiropractic when I received my first adjustment at the age of 15. I was also taking medications that were causing side effects that were worse than my original condition. I ended up in Dr. John Long’s chiropractic office and he was compassionate enough to explain to me how simple the body really functions (explained below). After two short weeks, I was off of all medications and playing sports again. I am eternally grateful for Dr. Long’s influence on my life and turning me on to this amazing profession. Our society has, unfortunately, made health and well-being way too complicated and we have been fooled into believing that the human body is incapable of achieving health and wellness in the absence of medication. Your body is designed amazingly well (Genesis 1:27) and is seeking health at all times. In chiropractic we call this ‘innate intelligence’. Even though you do not have to think about it, millions of functions occur in your body every second. All these functions are controlled by the brain. The brain communicates with every part of your body via the brainstem and/or spinal cord. When change happens to your spine, innate intelligence can be blocked and over time sickness and disease can deteriorate the body. The goal in my office is simple, remove resistance from the nervous system and let the God given design heal itself. We specialize in spinal corrective care and entire family wellness. The most beneficial use of chiropractic care is two part. First is to restore proper spinal health and secondly is to keep the spine healthy through regular adjustments over time. Some of you may remember our brave bull calf, Forrest, who started life with leg braces and a lot of uncertainty.

Today, he’s not so little anymore… and definitely not held back. Strong, stunning, and full of heart, he’s grown into a healthy, beautiful bull ready to start his own herd on a new ranch. 🐂🌾

Watching him go from struggling to stand to confidently strutting out into the world has been nothing short of inspiring. He’s proof that a rough start doesn’t mean a rough road, just the beginning of something amazing.
