Energy depleted after the holidays? My friend and Nutrition and Health Coach, Nanette Tijerina Mackenroth recommends Ginseng for a small boost (preferably in a tincture) and Peppermint essential oil in your diffuser (add Rosemary EO if you need a brain boost as well). Thanks Nanette!

Love ❤️ getting notes like this from friends and customers. It makes what I do so fulfilling 🙏🏻.

A few weeks ago at a networking event I had the worst headache and was having trouble concentrating! My friend Melissa Kieffer pulled out a roller ball mixture of oils and showed me how to use it! Headache was gone! She also knew that I was going away on my cruise and made me a mixture to use for sea sickness! She delivered it to my house the day before I left! I love that she has created these products because I have not taken the time to study oils and won’t ever mix them myself! I can just tell her what I need and she has them pre made! It’s a win/win!
