This past weekend, our team took a much-needed retreat to Horseshoe Bay, not just for rest, but for renewal. With God in our hearts and gratitude on our minds, we spent time laughing, crying, growing, and grounding ourselves in what matters most: our faith, our purpose, and each other.
Lara Harris (administrator), Amber Dietz (director of office operations), Laura Stautzi Davis-Stautzenberger (director of client care), Ramyra Jackson (care manager), and Elizabeth Basey (home care consultant), five women with one mission: to lead with love, serve with grace, and make every decision through the lens of faith.
We’re more than coworkers, we’re a family. And we know that staying rooted in God’s love is what allows us to lead our office with integrity, compassion, and unity. His blessings are the foundation of everything we do.
This time together reminded us that when we are spiritually grounded and connected as a team, we are better equipped to serve the seniors and families who depend on us. At Caring Senior Service, our hearts are in the work, and it starts with keeping God at the center of it all.
