It was an absolute honor to be chosen to speak at the New Braunfels Women's Conference this past week. I'm so glad Christa and I partnered to speak about Perimenopause and Menopause from a medical and mental health point-of-view. This event is an amazing opportunity for the women of New Braunfels to learn and create community and I'll always be supportive of that!
