What were the Hixon Coaches doing a A WHOLE DECADE AGO?? 🤯

Jake: 2016 was a big year between managing a nutrition shop, topping the national coaching charts at Golds, and marrying the love of his life ❤️

Lacey: Our Fitness Director was wrapping up her education and serving her country through active duty for the United States Army 🇺🇸

Riley: Coach Riley was whipping classrooms of people into shape as part of the national programming team for the Gold's Gym Goldsfit program.

Edward: Coach Eddy was wrapping his master's degree while maintaining peak fitness for competitions and personal goals.

Dylan: our beloved rookie was graduating high school 😭😭

"Hey Hixon Fitness fam!

If you have had any aches, pains, or mobility issues, we have a great opportunity for you!

On Wednesday, October 29th from 7:30am-11:00am, Maza Movement and Recovery will be performing free injury screens at the gym.

They are doctors of physical therapy who specialize in treating weightlifters, active adults, runners, and anyone that is motivated to move their body and exercise.

It’s pretty simple to sign up, but you do need to sign up. You can simply follow the link below or scan the QR code on the fliers in the gym. They will also take walk ins.

These will be free 15-minute-long mini appointments where you can ask sports physical therapists any questions you have.

We definitely recommend you check this out, because we want you to be able to push yourself and train with us for a long time, and these screens are a great resource.
