Had the BEST one on one session tonight! Client wanted to "relearn" all the basics in a safe way that accommodated her body. Using props allowed her to keep her knees safe but also found ways that can enhance other poses! If you're interested in a one on one to start your yoga journey I'd love to help you find your way!
