Due to a death in our immediate family, Steel City Health & Safety will be closed Wednesday, March 11 through Monday, March 16, 2026. We will resume normal business hours Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Due to the prediction of continued snowfall throughout today and into early Monday morning, Steel City Health & Safety will be closed Monday, January 26, 2026. Good morning, Happy December 1st🎄🎅🏻🧑🏻‍🎄

We definitely have a case of the Mondays here Steel City Health & Safety😬 The water is out all through Fallston, so we have a pause on all drug testing done in our facility today and possibly tomorrow as well. We will update when it comes back on.

We were planning on doing an update for Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, but I think we’ll save that for tomorrow, lol! We are still collecting at least through Wednesday as our pick up has not been arranged for this week yet !

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends! We are thankful for all of you!

Happy June 2!

Just as a reminder, as of yesterday, June 1st, our DOT prices increased to $100. This is our FIRST price increase in eight years, so please be kind when you do notice the $10 difference.

CDL drivers are now linked directly to state and federal! You are no longer required to carry a separate card as everything is linked. If you would still like the wallet card, it will be an additional $10. Non-CDL drivers, this does NOT apply to you as you are still not linked by a state and federal. Your CARD WILL BE INCLUDED in your $100 fee.

We are FULLY BOOKED TODAY! We have a few appointments available tomorrow and Thursday, but that’s it for the week. If you’re needing to be seen, give us a call this morning or check back tomorrow for cancellations.

This is also our last week of $90 physicals, before our price increase to $100 becomes effective as of June 1st, 2025.

JUST A HEADS UP!!!!!

Due to the rising costs of EVERYTHING , the pricing for our DOT/CDL PHYSICALS will now be $100 as of June 1, 2025.

We proudly remained at our opening price of $90 for the past 8 years without increasing at all, so please be kind regarding the recent increase. The cost of goods for doing business has risen exponentially.

Our pricing for BUS and DMV physicals will remain the SAME at $50 as of now, as the cost in goods has not increased enough for us to have to increase our price point there as well.
