How Our Staff Describes the Job:

A Recovery Specialist does many things. One day they could be driving all day, the next doing an admit and going through patient belongings and the next time they could be monitoring the patients. -Christy at Tapestry (St. Paul, MN)

Recovery Specialists see to the immediate needs of the patients by providing transportation to/from the facility and to/from appointments, take the patients through the intake process, answer questions, and get things that the patients ask for or need, such as coffee, clothes, hygiene products, etc. Recovery Specialists also spend time talking with and listening to patients who need to talk. The Only Requirements Are:

That you have a valid driver’s license.

Medication Aide

Location: Meadow Creek, Women's Residential Treatment Facility in Pine City, MN

Shift: 3rd Shift Full-time 11:30pm-7:00am including every other weekend

We are currently searching for a full-time Medication Aide to work in the nursing department at our women's residential facility, Meadow Creek. This position is great for CNA's or PCA's who are looking for a change and wants to gain more experience with a different patient population. Also, for nursing students who want to get hands on experience. Or, anyone who is passionate about chemical dependency and mental health and wants to make a difference in someone's recovery.

Responsibilities:
- Provide appropriate nursing services and education to clients.
- Observe, record, and reports to the appropriate person any symptoms, reactions and changes in a client’s condition.
- Receives and transcribes physician order to client charts.
- Chart nursing notes in an informative and descriptive manner reflecting the care provided and the response to that care.
- Participate in report at shift change.
- Administer Mantoux upon admission.
- Complete scheduled weekly updates.
- Complete scheduled chart audits.
- Maintain compliance with the Minnesota Department of Health regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
- Interest in Behavioral Health and
Chemical Dependency
- A minimum of two years freedom from chemical abuse problems.
- 18 years of age or older
- TMA certification is a plus. Must become TMA certified with the company if hired.
- Experience with medication passing and EMR's preferred

Maintenance Technician

Location: Float between our residential sites located in St. Paul, Mahtomedi & Stillwater

The Maintenance Technician performs general maintenance work, and/or a variety of other routine building and structural maintenance to meet building codes, Department of Health and OSHA standards for safety and health.

In This Role You Will:
- Collect/dispose of trash and litter and empty trash receptacles.
- Clean, service and check fluids and batteries of vehicles and small gas engines.
- Maintain sidewalks, driveways, and other concrete surfaces (snow shoveling and removal).
- Inspect, assemble, deliver office furniture and maintain storage areas for surplus.
- Remove/replace/clean filters and other duties as assigned
- Mount and frame pictures, certificates, etc.
- Replace wall and floor tiles (ceramic, plastic). Maintain painted surfaces

About You:
- Two years of general mechanical and facilities maintenance experience.
- Ability to: follow oral and written instructions, individually and given in series; work as a team member; act without supervision when necessary; work in extremely cold temperatures; read and work from shop drawings and sketches; lift 1-20 pounds regularly and 21-100
- Skill in: the use of manual hand tools, manual power tools and shop power tools.
- 18 years of age or older
- A valid driver's license
- A minimum of one year freedom from chemical abuse problems
- Boiler system licensed, preferred
