Update about using electronic time cards EVV
Please read this message carefully.

1) DHS set the date of 9/1/2024 to enforce the the electronic time cards and they adhere to it till now.
2) Starting from 9/1/2024, the DHS will enforce the EVV time card which means no paper time card will be accepted any more.
3) Time cards must be done day by day which means you can’t do the time card of yesterday any more. (Do it or you lose it).
4) Reporting the time card must be in the address of the client or the addresses that they client usually be in or the community.
5) Clock in must be on exact time (most important), clock out may be a little late (second most important), signatures can be delayed.

Balsam Home Care needs a part time QP to develop PCA and HMK care plans and CSSP plan as needed, using the assessment reports as a foundation, accomplish client visits, and to trains, evaluates and oversees the individual personal care assistants (PCAs).

Qualified professionals may be:
-Registered nurses
-Licensed social workers
-Mental health professionals
-Qualified developmental disabilities specialists.
The pay: $45 per hour
