This month our employee spotlight is on Rian! With 23 years of experience in the maintenance and service industry, Rian is a steady, positive presence at Brightondale and Meadowood.

Outside of work, Rian is a dedicated father of three girls (ages 22, 11, and 7). He’s an animal lover, enjoys the outdoors, and brings the same care and positivity to work that he shows in his personal life. No job is too big or too small, and he always does it with a smile. As one staff member put it, “Rian is an all around nice guy.
