We are planting a huge flag in Duluth, right between Canal Park Brewery and Canal Park Lodge!

Nick and Loralee have teamed up again and Loralee forged a new partnership with the owners of the lodge and the brewery, so we look forward to the beginning of and lasting relationship on the waterfront in Canal Park. 😊

Open 10 AM to 10 PM April 2 through April 6. Thereafter hours TBD. We will be there in some fashion through Sunday April 20! Reserve a seat and jump in the plunge or just come and hang out…We’ll have a nice little space. for private groups, please call 612-322-4440. See you in Duluth!

Reminder that we will be at Johanna today from 4 PM to 8 PM! We will put the swim line out and we’ll be doing the final demo day of VENIK whisk massage treatments.

Thus will be part of an experience that begins on Friday, March 28, and will replace sauna Wednesday on the 26th.

Moving forward, the plan is for April to have sauna Sundays and Wednesdays and backyard BANYA on Fridays.

We will have the year-round option to bring the Sauna to any Ramsey County lake and I intend on having the backyard BANYA available as a reserve a seat party style every Friday throughout the summer and it is available for rent for up to 18 people.

If you have not checked this out yet,it is highly recommended and with the new style on Fridays You can throw down as little as 30 bucks and get an experience you will never forget. ✨

We had no idea the Minnesota Ice Swim Event was going to take on a life of its own, but it's all coming together nicely!

Update on mobile number four!

We are in the process of constructing THE PLANETARIUM. 🪐 it will be a windowless hot room. We will add a star ceiling later and have means for doing laser light shows… We are formulating new curved seats for a better lounging experience. We are upgrading to the Harvey M2 stove as this space will be able to seat upwards of 20+ people. This one will be on the ice at the mniceswim.com. Hope to see you there!

At Johanna 3pm to 6:30pm!

Booking button is ready and people are booking… bring a headlamp and a glowstick. If 10+ people come, we’ll bring the bonfire ring. If you have not dipped at night yet, it is quite magical and looks like it’s gonna be pretty calm which is awesome ✨
