Unless you’re Madonna, these fl**ges were made for you!

When pumping breastmilk it’s important you have the right size fl**ge (the part of the pump that your boob/nipple sits in).

Unfortunately, your breast pump usually comes with just ONE size.

This is why getting fl**ge-fitted by a professional is so important (we can help with this)!

Flanges straight from the manufacturer also aren’t very ergonomically designed - that’s why we always recommend getting angled fl**ges from . Their fl**ges automatically come with three sizes!

It’s our absolute joy to share in the ups and downs of pregnancy.

Sure, at first, moms come to us for sciatica, back pain, or a breech baby but they keep coming back because we make it a priority to not just address their pain but help them have the labor, delivery, and postpartum they deserve!

What’s a doula you ask? According to DONA, a doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to their client before, during and shortly after childbirth to help them achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

AKA your birth team’s MVP!🏆 Your doula will have extensive knowledge about not only what your options are at every turn but also have a deep understanding of your history and birth wishes; regardless of who ends up attending your hospital, birth center, or home birth.

And don’t worry, your doula is not there to replace your husband/birth partner! They are there to support and equip them as much as you!

If you’re on the fence, talk to friends who have had a doula and schedule a free meet n greet with local doulas!
