And just like that… I made it. 🎓 And just like that… Tomorrow, I’m getting my Bachelor’s degree !!! 💛

There were so many moments where life tried to pull me in every direction except the one I needed to go. Every distraction, every setback, every “not right now” moment tried to stop me from getting here.

But I didn’t quit. I refused. ✨

I did this for me…for the version of me who once believed this could never be her life. For the woman who doubted herself, who felt overwhelmed, who looked at everyone else achieving things and thought, “Yeah… that’ll never be me.”

Tomorrow, I get to prove her wrong.
Tomorrow, I walk across that stage knowing I fought for this with everything I had.

Every tear, every delay, every night I questioned myself… it all brought me here.
And I’m proud. So damn proud. 🖤

This is why I do what I do.
Connecticut is facing a heartbreaking truth. Children are dying because domestic violence isn’t being taken seriously enough. These aren’t just “family issues.” These are red flags ignored. Systems failing. Kids paying the ultimate price.

We need more than awareness.We need protection, prevention, and real accountability.
If you’re in this fight, whether you’re a survivor or an advocate: keep speaking up. Keep pushing back. Keep protecting the kids caught in the middle.
