Not to be dramatic, but it's National String Cheese Day!

Yesterday, our Raymond Hill School food service staff, led by Cheryl Fliss, made sure to have plenty of cheese on hand. With the help of her staff, they even managed to include some words of encouragement as a reminder to our wonderful students to keep going, trust your path, and choose joy. Way to go team!

Now that the back to school hustle and bustle has settled, we'd be remiss if we did not recognize the incredible efforts of two of our community partners - ebm-papst and Tilcon Connecticut! In addition to the myriad ways these businesses support our mission year-round, they also annually support back to school efforts by collecting hundreds of backpacks - and filling them with every imaginable school supply needed! Thanks to their kindness, we were able to share hundreds of pre-filled backpacks with children and teens served by Klingberg Family Centers' programs and services. (Special shoutout to Dave for all he does to support this initiative...you know who you are! 🙂)

Klingberg at “By Land & By Sea” Mystic Seaport Museum
Join us on Saturday, September 20, 2025, for the 28th Annual Antique Vehicle Show at Mystic Seaport Museum! We will be showing the 1914 Ford Model T, Depot Hack from the KLINGBERG AUTO RESTORATION PROGRAM.
Experience the charm of 100+ pre-1932 vehicles displayed across the museum’s beautiful grounds. At 3pm the event ends with the Grand Parade, winding through the Village Green and the Shipyard and out the south gate. Bring your camera to capture motoring history in motion! Enjoy a day filled with conversation, fun, and free rides.
