Here are 5 Ways to Give Yourself Rest and Relaxation
✅ Finding Balance. You can’t—and shouldn’t—be productive all the time.
✅ Monitor Your Stress Levels. A certain amount of stress is healthy and manageable but too much is unhealthy and will cause health and emotional problems.
✅ Schedule Relaxation into Your Day. Find activities that you find relaxing and soothing. This may be a walk in nature, reading a good book or taking a bubble bath
✅ Practice Mindfulness. Mindfulness is the pre rice of paying attention to the present moment. Give your full attention to your activities without trying to multi task.
✅ Exercise and Relaxation Go Hand-in-Hand. Moving your body helps your body release tension and increases those feel good endorphins. Find exercise that you enjoy doing.
