Here are 5 Ways to Give Yourself Rest and Relaxation

✅ Finding Balance. You can’t—and shouldn’t—be productive all the time.

✅ Monitor Your Stress Levels. A certain amount of stress is healthy and manageable but too much is unhealthy and will cause health and emotional problems.

✅ Schedule Relaxation into Your Day. Find activities that you find relaxing and soothing. This may be a walk in nature, reading a good book or taking a bubble bath

✅ Practice Mindfulness. Mindfulness is the pre rice of paying attention to the present moment. Give your full attention to your activities without trying to multi task.

✅ Exercise and Relaxation Go Hand-in-Hand. Moving your body helps your body release tension and increases those feel good endorphins. Find exercise that you enjoy doing.

We all need support from time to time. Asking for help is a way for you to take of yourself. This is a lesson I have learned myself. Being too independent is actually harmful for us. I now actually seek help, support and guidance as much as I can.
