Throughout her nearly two decades of service, she has consistently demonstrated what it truly means to provide person-centered care. She does not simply complete tasks — she builds meaningful relationships. She knows our residents’ stories, their preferences, their routines, and their fears.
She approaches each shift with patience, kindness, and a calm confidence that strengthens our entire team. Whether assisting with daily care, offering a gentle word of encouragement, or sitting beside a resident who just needs someone to listen, she treats every individual with dignity and respect.
