Thanks to all who have who have come out to buy some of our Putin Punch. As of today, we have donated over $3500 to the Ukrainian Red Cross. A lot of folks have asked how they can make a donation, here is the web address for the Ukrainian Red Cross; www.redcross.org.ua. Click on the donate button and go to the bottom of the page and click on "donations from outside of Ukraine"

As of this morning the Stew Leonard's store in Newington also has some Putin Punch in stock. Our phones have been super busy so for those that have had trouble getting through to place shipping orders, send an email to info@averysoda.com with your phone number and we will call you as quickly as we can.

2020 has been and interesting and challenging year, so we decided to do what we do best; commemorate it with a special soda flavor. Introducing "I Survived 2020" soda.
The label documents a bunch of the events that made 2020 a year to remember (or forget), including Coronavirus, the Election, School Closings, Hurricanes, Wildfires and even Murder Hornets!
The flavor is a Bitter Lemonade, because when life gives you lemons...
This will make a great stocking stuffer and is also an excellent mixer to toast the end of 2020.
Our label art was created by a local artist Dori Dougal, who has also done the labels for the past two Presidential elections. Awesome job, thanks Dori!

Presidential Election Straw Poll Results:
With a little less than a week to go until the election, we have tallied the sales of our Trump Tonic and Biden Berry sodas.
As of today, Trump Tonic has 42,792 "votes" versus Biden Berry coming in at 33,912 "votes". Current tallies have President Trump with almost 56% of the vote to VP Biden's 44%.
We have correctly called the last 3 presidential elections, we will have to see if we keep our record intact for this one!
There is still time to vote for your favorite candidate, we have plenty in stock. Please don't take our straw poll too seriously, it's all in good fun!

The 2020 presidential sodas are here!
Trump Tonic - Keep America Grape is a Red Grape soda and
Biden Berry is a Blue Berry Mix - or as affectionately we like to say "Berry Mixed Up".
This election season has been a little boring so far with no debates or conventions, so this soda is about the most exciting thing happening in 2020. Get it while it lasts.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all of the Healthcare workers in our community. As a small token of our appreciation, we would like to offer a free bottle of soda to any Healthcare workers that stop by the bottling plant. Just pull up and give us a call and we will run it out to your car. Thanks for all that you do!

For the safety of our employees and our customers, we are eliminating as much face to face contact as possible. As of today there will be no walk in traffic to the bottling plant, but we will be offering curb service to all of our customers.

When you pull into our parking lot, give us a call at 860.224.0830. We will take your order over the phone and bring it to your car. We will only be accepting credit cards for payment, no cash transactions.

We are reducing our evening hours and will be closing at 5:30 PM on weekdays and at 3:00 on Saturday.

Our newest flavor is here, Coronavirus Cocktail!

This virulent green concoction is a blend of Orange and Lime (ya gotta have a lime) for an absolutely infectious drink.
It also makes an awesome mixer. There is a recipe on the label to make a "pandemic punch" using your favorite spirits.

Some folks think that our latest flavor is in poor taste, but everyone who tries it says it tastes pretty good! Our Coronavirus Cocktail is only available for a limited time (we hope) so pick up some before it goes away.
Oh, and please, WASH YOUR HANDS!

Happy 101st Birthday to Edward Skehan! Ed served in WW2 and was a Firefighter for the City of Hartford. He and his family celebrated with some custom soda bottles from Avery's. Best wishes Ed!

Governor Lamont has proposed a 1.5 cent per ounce tax on soda. We are very concerned about this on a number of levels, not the least the threat to our existence!
We are making a very limited edition "Don't Tax Me Ned!"
soda that we hope to deliver to members of the legislature.
For right now it is available only here at the shop. Call your favorite legislator or email the Governor and say Don't Tax Me Ned!!!
