Ever woke up and your back is sore, neck is stiff, head is hurting, it maybe the way you sleep and use your pillow. Here are some tips that may help:

🛌 Keep it aligned: Aim to keep your ears, shoulders, and hips in a neutral line to reduce stress on your back and neck

Head & neck pillow: Choose one that supports your neck’s natural curve - too high or too low can cause strain

🙆‍♂️ For back sleepers: Place a small pillow under your knees to ease pressure on your lower back

For side sleepers: A firm pillow between your knees helps keep hips and spine aligned. You can also add a small pillow under your waist.

🚫 For stomach sleepers (not ideal): If you must, use a flat pillow under your pelvis/abdomen and keep your head pillow very low or skip it.

✨ Small adjustments = big benefits for spine health and quality sleep!
